Contacted them regarding a brown recluse infestation under the home we just bought. Called on a Tues morning they came out the following Friday morning. My dad was here when they came. No markings on their vehicle indicating their business. No business card or contract provided. Told my dad he forgot his receipt book that he would mail us one that service was good for 1 year. Was paid $60 cash. Now over a week later, we still have not received a receipt and my husband had to do work under the house and the infestation is no better. Attempted to call them. Get voicemail and have not received a call back.
As an added note from when I wrote this yesterday, my husband finally got a hold of them and they are supposed to be coming this morning to bomb the crawl space again. Hoping for better results and a copy of their contract and receipt for their original visit.
