They were never there when they said they would be and always had an excuse to go somewhere else so an not to finish too quickly ... don't get me wrong ... they are nice guys, but not too diligent in their work ...
Description of Work: They said they were replacing the total sewer system ... but only did part of it ...

Stood me up on the service call without any kind of notification.
Description of Work: Neglected to provide service or support as was agreed upon following owners instructions to leave my contact information and address on his voicemail.

They came and gave us an estimate and we decided to go with them. We were not happy with the work they did and we wouldn't call them again. They showed up late or didn't show up at all. They never called and we had to keep calling them. The job could have been done in four or five days and it took them two weeks to complete the work. They quoted us a price and we had to pay half up front, but at the end of the job they kept knocking the price down because they didn't show up. We feel they knocked the price off because they didn't do some of the work promised. The material they used is good and the system is good, but their work ethic was really bad. They came and gave the quote and knew what they would need and still showed up without some of the material even after we paid half of the price. I don't think they did us a favor with knocking the price down because all of the work was not done as promised.
Description of Work: Express Rooter Plumbing replaced a lot of our interior water lines with new products.
