Home Building
They had porches attached to the display homes, so access into the homes was very easy. She also said we could make our own floor plan for $1,000 - that amt. would be deducted from total cost. She gave us books - they had a few plans that I liked better than Ramsey Jones in LaGrange. The negative was very few upgrades to pick from, although you could just not use their flooring, etc. and go buy you own locally to put in when the house is set up. They would give a credit for items we did not use.
