They're very professional and they work very well. My four-year old daughter loves going to this center.

I came in at the end of the day, when parents were picking up their children, so things were kind of hectic which is to be expected. The layout of the center is good for the end of the day, because the children are in a common area with low walls separating the various age groups. This allows for easy communication between the child care providers. I was able to speak to the director pretty quickly, but was told that they do not do tours of the facility at the end of the day, and I would need to make an appointment for sometime during the day to see the infant room, because the end of the day is very hectic. While I understand this policy helps the center look it's best, should I choose this center, my daughter will be in that infant room during the most hectic part of the day, and I would like to see how it operates at it's most chaotic. I did receive a packet of information on the center hours, policies, and procedures, and everything looked to be in order there. Another concern that I had was the condition of the equipment on the playground. The swingset that can be seen from the road has obvious rust on it, and I would be concerned about my child playing on or around it when she is older. As a result of the play equipment's condition, and not being able to even glimpse the infant room when I stopped by, I have not scheduled a follow up visit.
