The experience was great. The nurses that worked in the vets office are very kind and understanding because even though it was our first time to have a cat, they pretty much helped us along. The price was good.

Have used them for many years. Having moved this past fall we are not currently using their services. Both emergency and routine care for dogs, cats and a bird was excellent

Very professional looking and overall. Had my new kitten spayed and de-clawed. Would use again for any vet needs. Dropped the cat off the afternoon before the operation and visited the next day to see how she was doing. Liked that they were keeping a close eye and kept her paws wrapped and her on bed rest so she wouldn't hurt herself. They kept her for three days to avoid problems and gave special litter for her paws... Not just shredded paper. Staff was extremely nice and professional. My kitten even got a 'get well soon' card in the mail a few days later. A bit expensive, but well worth the care she received.

Took my new dog to this vet after I suspected he had an infection. Dr. Toner did a complete exam and prescribed him antiobiotics. All of the staff was wonderful and Dr. Toner did a fantastic job. Wait time to get into the exam room was a little long, but a very short wait once in the room until the vet came in. Overall very satistifed and would recommend.

Was told that I ccouldn't see the shot record or worm records and that no records would be faxed to our vet even thought the exwner had told the clinic that we had adopted her and asked that the records be released to us.

Cats were well cared for. Sent home with pain control and special litter. Home care instructons given. Cats did well.

Visit was routine, staff was friendly, I like the extended hours. I only use them for medical care, not for grooming. I had my poodle groomed by them one time and I felt they did a horrible job. Other than the gooming I would recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I just moved to the area with our dogs. We were in the process of buying a house and needed a place to put the dogs for about 4 hours, otherwise they would have been stuck in our vehicles on a fairly warm day. With one day notice, Best Friends was able to board them for the day. I did have to bring in their records for this, but they were going to be new clients anyway. Not to mention their rates were cheaper than some of the other kennels in the area. They also inform me that any pets being boarded over-night get a bath before they go home. A week later I had a vet appointment for my lab who has been on steroid shots for years. It was quite a wait in the lobby, even though I arrived early, but the staff was pleasant and free giving of doggie treats. My dog definitely did not mind. The veterinarian gave us new information about the side affects of our dogs steroid shots and has come of with a new, less harmful action plan. This vet office is on the expensive side, but is well worth it to know you pet will be cared for properly. They are the only American Animal Hospital Association certified vet in the area.

We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment and filled out paperwork, and then waited 30 minutes after our appointment time before we taken to an exam room. The assistant was rude about my dogs weight and that was all he would talk about. The Vet was nice and professional. We also requested a couple days later for our dogs prescription so we could get it filled somewhere else and the receptionist I talked to said she would have the vet fill it out and send it in. After checking on this and calling for 3 weeks I went in and asked what was going on and was told it was against policy for them to send in a prescription and that I had to pick it up. I don't have anything against the policy, I just wish I hadn't wasted 3 weeks waiting for it to be taken care of, like I was told on the phone. Due to the customer service we will not be going back.
