Xtreme Carpet Clean

Points for arriving on time, calling the day before to confirm and being overall a professional. Steve looked at both rooms, made a game plan and stuck to his time line of 2.5 hours. He  told me before he started there were a few stains that were not coming out due to a previous carpet cleaning that was done improperly. He was honest upfront on what to expect. The cleaning was drama free - used  corner protectors in the house to protest the walls from rub marks from the hoses.The carpet was a bit wavy -so he restreached that portion for free.  He used some extra cleaning powder and didn't charge me. But best of all, the  end result was super CLEAN carpet. No residue. He was right about the 3 stains. They faded, but were still viable. The only slight negative was he could have used a uniform or a long tail T for a more professional appearance . Overall, very happy with this one man operation. He takes pride in his work!
