Vi told me it would cost $45. When she realized I needed the jeans hemmed, not taken in, she lowered her price and told me to write another check. She told me she could have the work done in 5 days. When I picked up my clothes, she had not altered the twill pants. I told her we were leaving in 2 days and she assured me she would have it done by the next day. When my husband tried to pick up the pants the following day, they still were not finished. I called Vi and told her we were leaving the next day and she asked if she could drop them off at our house that night. I told her we would pick them up that afternoon. Pants were altered on one side only. Threads were hanging off the side of the pants. Very sloppy stitching.

When my daughter went to pickup dress  which she didn't finish alteration for several days actually it wasn't ready until day of event and charged considerably more than she was originally quoted.

Brought 3 pair pants to be taken in and 2 suit coats to have buttons moved. First Vi called to say she didn't have clothes ready after 2 weeks so we waited another 5 days to pick them up. We were returned only 3 pair pants( one with food on the front in several spots) and one coat. She denied having the other coat said"It's not in store". When we got home we noticed the food and the suit coat buttons were NOT even moved! Then we noticed a hole in the coat also. My husband went back to store to again inquire about missing coat and to have her move buttons on coat we had. He showed her hole in back and she said she would weave "no charge". Two weeks later she didn't have second coat in store ,so we had to come back next day. Next day she has coat wadded up in her bag without work finished. She then told him she sends work out to others. He took the coat and left. Don't use her if you want to have your clothes returned in good condition or at all !
I had previously given her an A rating but that was for same day service. I don't know what we can do to get suit coat back as she took receipt before we knew it was missing. This was a huge mistake on our part too as we didn't take pics with phone on what we left with her. That she admitted to sending clothing out to" who knows where" to be done is upsetting. Warning to all who chance to use her services.

My husband needed a pair of pants hemmed. We asked for same day service as we were not from the area. We went to lunch, came back and pants were ready! Great service and very professional job. We will use Vi as our tailor when ever needed!

I had purchased two pair of men's pants with the length unfinished. I took them to Vi and she did an outstanding job. The cuffs and the length are perfect--couldn't be better. She had them ready when promised.

I recently lost my seamstress, and I was very concerned that I would be able to fine another one as good. Well, Vi has met my expectations so far. I've only had one pair of slacks hemmed, but I will certainly be using her again in the future.

Very nice and friendly! Easy location to find. Super cheap. Who owns jeans they don't wear because a bit too long? For $10 a pair to hem can't beat the price or service!

I have had dozens of skirts, pants and other clothing altered by Vi. The results are always excellent. Prices are competitive with others. When she says she will have the item finished, she always keeps her word! Very professional.

I first contacted Vi via telephone to confirm that she would be able to do the alterations. She was very professional and requested I bring the girls in for a fitting at my convenience. She also offered a Sunday appt. time if needed. When we arrived at the store she was very kind and friendly with my children. My youngest daughter was very apprehensive about the fitting. Vi was very careful with regard to pinning as my youngest daughter is just 2 years old. She took measurments and reviewed the alterations required. She provided me with an invoice outlining the estimated cost and we scheduled a date for pick-up. Overall, she was very professional and courteous. When we picked up the dresses there were still a few more minor alterations that were required to meet her satisfaction (I feel this was due to the fact that she wasn't able to do as much pinning with small children involved). We agreed again on a pick-up date and she offered to steam the dresses as well. We picked up the dresses on scheduled date and all alterations were completed, dresses steamed, etc. She did an excellent job and I will be using her again in the future for any alterations our family requires.
