VET STOP ANIMAL CLINICS

I had an appointment at 7am. I got there at 6:50am and all of the lights were off....no biggie they open at 7am. At 7:02am staff starting walking past my care and in to the office and the lights came on around 7:06am. The policy is to call and check in for your appointments then they meet you at the door. As I am sitting in my vehicle several of the employees are loitering around the front desk and see me so they walk out of view. I am the only non-employee vehicle parked at the front door with engine running and lights on. At 7:12am I decide to take my cat into the lobby as voice mail is still on when I call the number. The receptionist comes out and asks me did I call to check in....I say your voice mail is still on and she says "I am getting calls so I don't know where you're calling" as I dial so she can hear she says let me look to see if you have an appointment and goes back inside. The other lady starts staring and rolling eyes like I disrupted her morning chat....After another 5 minutes watching them at the computer I knock lightly on the door and wave goodbye. The receptionist comes out and I play the recording that is STILL ON and show her the number. She says it is taking so long because she is printing my paperwork. I say that if they can treat me like they do not care there is no way I can leave my baby with them and trust she is getting cared for. She can't tell me if she is mistreated and I am no longer comfortable leaving her because I don't know if she will be cared for. No apology, just said if I decide to reschedule by calling she will help me. It is now 7:25pm and no one has reached out, apologized or attempted to contact me to reschedule. I never do reviews! I am not being spiteful, just hurt and concerned. I loved this place and have referred complete strangers to them because I LOVE the vet. Wonder is she knows this is how the humans are treated! I have never been treated this way but it takes one encounter to make an impression. Especially when the attitude was one where they did not care! Hope no one else ever has this experience with them.

They were very good with the animal and needless to say, we had some nice things done to the cat. We had it fixed and declawed. Their car was excellent and they really do care about the animals.

I have been taking my dogs to Vet Stop for 9 years and love them.  My dogs are comfortable there and I won't take them anywhere else.

Vet was most pleasant and professional.  Did not have an appointment.  Called about 7:00 pm explain problems and told to come in immediately.  Quick and compassionate service.

The people at Vet Stop are friendly, professional, and helpful. My cat was diagnosed with overactive thyroid. There was a misunderstanding on the cost of service, and they honored what I thought was the price, they didn't have to do that. So far I am very happy with them.

I've been using Vet Stop since we got our first dog three years ago. We have three now, and they're all EXCITED to go to the vet. There are three and quot;office catsand quot; and an assortment of other critters in the waiting room, along with photos of the staff with their pets on the walls, so it's very apparent they all love animals. Our dogs range in size from 100+ pounds to less than 10 pounds. The staff is equally comfortable with all three of them.
In one instance, our big fella got ahold of a pincushion and chewed it up pretty well before we caught him. I took him in for an x-ray and was understandably nervous. The vet techs spent almost as much time reassuring me as they spent with my pet. I told my wife they almost make me wish I could go there for my own medical needs.

The one thing that stands out about these guys is how friendly they are.
