This company failed to obtain proper executed vouchers for construction dispersement. They were fined by the state, along with 4 other violations. They paid their fine to the state on Jan. 6, 2009. In the interim, US Title shut down their dispersing office, but they still have other offices available. BE AWARE!! The woman that was in charge was fired. This company is blaming my fianc? for this result.

In 2005 my fiancé was forced by Midwest Bank Center to hire US Titles Gratuity Company for the fee of $858.00 to disperse the funds of his home to the contractor of Jason L. Woods of Timber Construction. He had to Obtaining proper leinwavers and vouchers for the construction of his home. However, US titles did not do this, thus allowing the contractor to abscond with $152,000 plus dollars.
