Title Companies
This company has been reported to the department of insurance in the state if Missouri and found guilty of violating section 375.141.1(8)RSMO(supp.2007). This company failed to obtain proper executed vouchers for construction dispersement. They were fined by the state, along with 4 other violations. They paid their fine to the state on Jan. 6, 2009. In the interim, US Title shut down their dispersing office, but they still have other offices available. BE AWARE!! The woman that was in charge was fired. This company is blaming my fianc? for this result.
