I contacted Superior to give me an estimate on a new roof. A friend on Angies list said that the reviews were pretty good and to go ahead and hire this company.In November Superior began the work. They tore off the old roof and installed the new roof. I had no idea that roof tiles did not go on the dormers but Superior installed them there and they did not properly glue the tiles down. Several tiles are now missing and the remaining ones are flapping in the wind. I have ceiling damages on the interior of my home due to water leaking in from the roof. I have tried to contact the company - phone and e-mail -- as well as finding a former employee on linkedin professiona site --- I cannot get in touch with anyone from that company.
Phone is disconnected - email comes back.
The roof was supposed to last 20 years and it has failed in less than 4 years.

They did a good job. We called them back because we wanted a couple of things that they needed to take care of and they took care of them without any trouble at all. They did a good follow up.
