Scott gave a good and fair price to replace my front sidewalk and porch and back patio. The sidewalk is fine, so far, the front porch has many cracks throughout and is showing signs of deterioration in the form of small chunks breaking out. The rear patio is ok, except for a funny mottling color when it gets wet. I may hire a consultant to evaluate the condition of the porch and help me determine if I should sue Specialty Concrete for repair or replacement.
