Rick was wonderful to work with. He and his team did a fabulous job with my kitchen remodel. And Jake and Dan, the electricians who also worked on the project, were super and helpful. I appreciated the professionalism and consideration the whole team showed throughout the renovation.

Excellent company and guys did a great job. They understood what we were trying to do in our project and suggested better options and were very accommodating. Unfortunately the project took longer than expected due to delays from other companies not being able to supply some items. This was not due to Premier. They worked around the delays and we are very satisfied with the results. I would definitely hire them again.

Rick and his team at Premier 1 Properties did an incredible job finishing our basement and staying under budget. We had a low, tight budget but big dreams. We received quotes from a dozen contractors and none of them could stick to our budget. Rick provided some solutions that would help us stay under budget and still have a really nice space. It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work. They were considerate of sound levels when he was napping and so courteous of our home life, which we were still adjusting to ourselves. This showed us a lot about the character of Premier 1 Properties. They care about the quality of their work, but they also care about their customers and their experiences during renovations.

They were very receptive to any and all questions, requests and concerns. I was told that whatever I wanted to add to my kitchen that they would make it happen. They were also very prompt and respectful.

Rick came out and gave me a bid within a couple of days. The bid was reasonable and was done professionally. They started the project within a week and were done quickly and on time. The customer service and the communication was excellent. My wife and I are very satisfied and happy with Premier 1 Properties, LLC.
