+ -1 moreAfter specifying that I wanted top grade cedar, the delivered product was inferior with knotholes and some warped planks. Instead of brackets to hold the boards against the building, they were toe-nailed into the building. After asking for adjustments, I made the mistake of paying off the whole job and the company never returned my calls.
Description of Work: Built two cedar pergolas.

Description of Work: Gutted and remodeled basement, put on two story finished addition, including excavating for workout area, Including bar and bathroom. Removed walls and finished wood floors, installed new vinyl flooring throughout first floor.

+ -1 moreTHERE WERE DAYS AT A TIME WHERE THEY DIDN'T COME AND DIDN'T TELL ME THAT THEY WEREN'T COMING, PROBLEMS WITH CABINET WORK AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM IN MONTHS. THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE. THEY TOLD US THAT THEY HAD SOMEONE TO COMPLETE THE CABINET WORK BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE IN OVER SIX WEEKS.
