After specifying that I wanted top grade cedar, the delivered product was inferior with knotholes and some warped planks. Instead of brackets to hold the boards against the building, they were toe-nailed into the building. After asking for adjustments, I made the mistake of paying off the whole job and the company never returned my calls.

THERE WERE DAYS AT A TIME WHERE THEY DIDN'T COME AND DIDN'T TELL ME THAT THEY WEREN'T COMING, PROBLEMS WITH CABINET WORK AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM IN MONTHS. THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE. THEY TOLD US THAT THEY HAD SOMEONE TO COMPLETE THE CABINET WORK BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE IN OVER SIX WEEKS.

THEY WERE MIDDLE PRICE OF 3 BIDS, BUT REALLY CAPTURED MY DESIGN IDEAS & CREATED A FABULOUS DESIGN. REMINDED ME OF THE 'LANDSCAPERS CHALLENGE' SHOW ON HGTV! I ENDED UP SPENDING AN EXTRA $5000 BECAUSE I HAD THEM ALSO DO SOME INTERIOR WORK - NEW COUNTERTOPS & WOOD FLOOR. EXCELLENT JOB.
