Earlier in the day, I had another roofer to the house to determine the problem. While good, I felt that I wasted $39 on an Angie's List package to get them out to look at the roof. I was told the cost would be about $300 and would have to wait 3-4 weeks for the replacement to occur.
I called Matt Paul, who was on another job, and he told me he'd call me back shortly. About 15 minutes later he called and I explained what I required. He gave a price quote and told me he could take care of the replacement today.
About a half-hour later, Matt arrived at my house. He had everything he needed and after about 30 minutes announced he was done.
He was courteous, punctual, and a "life-saver." Hopefully, no more leaks!
I would definitely recommended him to anyone needing his services. This was a really excellent transaction in every way possible.
My roof looks AMAZING! Matt did an excellent job and the roof was completed quicker than I expected. The quote was easy to read including all of the needs for the roof...to include new sky lights, tuck-pointing and flashing for the chimneys, and a new chimney cap. Work was done quickly and the old roof was hauled away. Had multiple quotes for the roof and Matt kept in contact and provided a quick estimate. Would definitely use Matt and his team again for other projects on the house.
