MIDWEST ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS INC

I called after reading good postings on Angie's List. I asked if someone could come to the house and give me a bid. Nathan, a part-owner, told me he could tell me on the phone exactly how much it would cost. They charge a minimum of $350, which covers one furnace and up to 8 supplies and/or vent returns. It's $25 for each additional vent and $150 for each additional furnace. I liked the way Nathan described the company (7 yrs. in business), what they and that the pricing was simple. Since none of the other Angie's List posts said anything about their pricing being outrageous, I went ahead and scheduled a cleaning despite not having gotten any other bids. The 1st opening they had was 4 days later. The told me they'd arrive at 8 am, which they did. They took a while to formulate a game plan and told me they'd be done at 3 pm. They were courteous and professional. They finished right on time. No problems, but I would have appreciated a volume discount. :-)

Over the top service! Two guys worked all day, and we were so pleased with the service and results. I highly recommend this company.
