Lou Fusz Subaru

They do maintenance on the car and things like that. They've always been responsive, dependable and taken care of anything else.

They were pretty good.

The only thing is that it took some time to get the parts about a week to get the parts, the problem was the door would lock so we had to leave the gas door open or use a pan or something to get to it, so it was inconvenient to do it was not something, so we had to leave the door open.

This review deals strictly with direct sales experience, no shop services can be evaluated at this time so that comes later.  Overall A rating considers the professionalism/product knowledge of sales associate, negotiated price, value of my trade in, communication throughout the order process, and final delivery of the vehicle (in this case it was less than half the time you'd expect when making a factory order).  Notable was the no pressure approach to the sale or purchase of expensive accessories and extended service plans.  I generally dislike overselling and avoid a sales person that tries too hard, something you see most often with the inexperienced or desperate.  Christopher Smith, was honest and straightforward without being overbearing.  He listened and answered my questions intelligently and clearly knows the product he sells.  Be aware Christopher's what I call, a 'fast' talker, though not in carnival barker kind of way, He's clearly enthusiastic about what he does and I get the impression it's just his personal communication style so just ask him to slow down a little.  In summary, I have an outstanding new vehicle for which I paid a fair price and would recommend  the Lou Fusz Subaru dealership if you're in the market for a new car.  I will follow up later when maintenance or warranty services are performed.  

Everything went very well. I have been doing business with this dealership for 10 years including car purchase. I have always found them to be honest and respectful. There are other dealers closer to my home. The service I get from this dealer is far superior and worth the distance traveled.

I was there about a month ago for an oil change but we use them anytime we need repairs to our cars. I give them an A rating and I will continue to use them again.

I have a service plan with them. They charge me the difference in oil. It is just nice and it is kind of a modern pop shop.

I have been doing business with Lou Fusz Subaru for the past 10 years. In general, I have always had a good experience with them. They have never had to go back on their work. I definitely give them an "A" on everything.
