They came to do a checkup on the air conditioner a couple months ago. We get billed at the end of the year, so it's probably going to be about $200.00 or less.It's a maintenance thing. The heating and cooling companies provide a maintenance checkup and they charge x amount of dollars per year to check your furnace and air conditioner. So they come out before summer to check your air conditioner and then check right before winter to check your furnace. They checked the air conditioner to make sure it was working properly. Preventative maintenance. They were real good. I think the most important thing when you have someone working in your home is that their honest and they do the work they say they're going to do. They were professional people. We checked out the competition because we bought that brand new air conditioner a few years ago, within 5 years or less and they put a furnace in, our was about 27 years old and they put a new air conditioner in, I think the air conditioner was 12 years old they made sure that the two pieces make it so we get the best operation whether we're using the air in the summer or the furnace in the winter. We picked them because we thought they offered the best value.
