K C's Clock Shop

This man has lied to us, he has taken money from us for work not done, and at this point he has my family grandfather clock in hundreds of pieces and I don't even know where those pieces are. When he left here with the main portion of the clock, and all its mechanics, he left the pendulum laying inside the grandfather clock doors the weights are outside just laying on the floor and a big hole where the clock face should be, and he hasn't been back here in over 6 weeks after his second attempt at trying to fix it. He came the first time and made some adjustments and charged me $300. Then he claimed after we had to call him back that it needed additional repair that he didn't see before that was 8 weeks ago. I have left messages and he does not call back. I probably will have to go to his house "shop" to get it back. The first time he brought it back after having it for 8 weeks he worked on it for 5 hours and then left with all the mechanical parts and clock face. He took another $300 with him luckily I was able to stop payment on that check. Now all I want back is the pieces so somebody that knows how to repair clocks can put it back together. As I said this was left to me by my parents they didn't want it to be left in pieces they wanted it to be left to me.

It is now July and he still has my clock. I have contacted the BBB and attorney general's office but they haven't not been able to help. I now see that he has a horrible record with the BBB and I found 2 other people online that he scammed.

K.C. IS VERY NICE AND POLITE. HIS SHOP IS INTERESTING, SMALL, BUT HAS PROBABLY 1000+ CLOCKS THERE. DRIVEWAY IS OFF MCCLAY RD., AND MUST BE CAREFUL WHEN GETTING OUT, MCCLAY IS BUSY STREET. NOT GOOD PARKING AREA. HE IS VERY SKILLED AND FINISHED THE REPAIR IN LESS THAN 3 DAYS.
