We are extremely pleased with the work we had done by Jerome Brothers. The first project we had done was the painting of kitchen cabinets Todd Jerome and his crew did a fantastic job! They were always punctual and professional. They hung plastic sheeting and covered furniture, etc. to protect what wasn't to be painted. They cleaned and prepped the cabinets, did a thorough job painting and cleaned up after the job was complete. We then had Todd and his crew back to remove a wall between two rooms in our home to create an open concept between kitchen/hearth room and the great room. Again they covered all the surrounding floors/furniture for protection, removed the wall, installed new support beams, re-routed electrical wiring and cabling for televisions/cable boxes/speakers, installed drywall, painted the rooms and installed ceramic tile. Todd was open and receptive to last minute ideas/changes that we had and walked us through what they were doing every day so we knew what to expect. We are so happy with the transformation Todd created for us. His pricing is very competitive and work is top quality! We also liked the fact that Todd is the one bidding the job and Todd is the one on sight doing the work. We would not hesitate to recommend Todd Jerome/Jerome Brothers for painting or remodeling work. Looking forward to having Todd back for another project soon!!

Great! They removed all furniture from walls, covered items appropriately and finished ahead of schedule. The work was very good.

I have come to trust Todd's work so much that I don't even bother pricing jobs with other contractors; if I need something done I call him trusting fully that he'll do good work at a price comparable to that of anyone else. He's fully committed to customer satisfaction and very honest in his dealings. I really appreciate knowing that if there's anything I need done around the house I don't need to worry about whether or not the job will get done right because I know who will do it and I trust his integrity, his skills and his commitment to excellence.

He ordered the wrong size windows, instead of sending them back and getting the right size, in an effort to make them work he altered some of the structural supports. There was a heavy snow fall recently and cracks formed on my ceiling. About the same time a window started to leak, when I contacted the manufacturer they looked at the windows and told me the installation was incorrect and was the cause of the leaks and cracks. Since that time he has come out and acknowledged the incorrect installation and agreed to get a structural engineer out to look at it. That was over three weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from Jerome Bros. Inc.

We were completely satisfied with them. There was not a drop of paint anywhere.

You cannot ask for better. The guy that came and painted was very good and conscientious. He is a very moral man. I would highly recommend him.
