We signed a contract with Integrity Home Solutions and gave them 1/3 of the contracted amount on October 3rd 2015 and the job was not started until December 28th, 2015. We were originally told that it would be 10 weeks before they started the job. During that time frame we were not contacted by anyone from Integrity. All contact made with the company was initiated by us. We made multiple calls inquiring about the project and when it would be started. We were finally given a start date of mid December after making a final call. By this time we were considering asking for our deposit back and finding someone else to do the job. We had a couple of issues with the completed job but were never once asked if we were satisfied with the work. No one came to check on or see the completed project. The only person we saw after the job was completed was someone coming to collect the final payment and he did not even ask if we were satisfied or seemed to care.
"In the remodeling industry, in Missouri, even a cash job may take up to a week or more to "Book" or "Go Good". This means the Right of Rescission period has passed, the funds have been verified, financing has been approved, and management has approved the contract. It is at this time when our production department contacts the client to inform them of what to expect next in the process of their job. In this case, a letter was mailed out 10/13/15 introducing the production manager along with his contact information and project timeline. There was a short delay getting to the final measure because of a scheduled surgery, which the customer was made aware. However, this did not delay the project whatsoever. We are typically 10-12 weeks out on all kitchen, bath, and basement jobs. This fact is reiterated to each customer to ensure the smoothest schedule possible. This particular project was completed in full within 15 weeks of signing which is absolutely normal. I'm unsure of the "couple issues" regarding the completed project. The installers walk through each job to ensure satisfactory completion before they move their equipment to the next project. Upon final payment each customer signs an "Acceptance of Completion" that states that they have inspected the work that was performed and it is to their satisfaction. Each of these policies were followed on this particular project. Several times contact was initiated by the production manager, who normally spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed]. According to the most recent phone conversation, Mrs. [Member Name Removed] had drafted this review, and both customers are indeed happy with the final outcome."
"Thank you, [Member Name Removed], for the kind review. The [Member Name Removed]'s are repeat customers. Our favorite kind of client!"
"It was a pleasure working with you! Please keep us in mind for your next home improvement project!"
