We started our project in October 2017 and found out in late December that the owner of Integrity walked away. Now we have had to contact the attorney general.

I will never use Integrity Home Solutions, again. It took them almost four months to begin the project and on the day of the install they did not show up stating they were busy in meetings. I will definitely not recommend this company. They are very unresponsive, forgot to order our materials and there are a few things they never finished after saying they would be back the next day. Buyer beware.

My fiance and I used Integrity Home Solutions to remodel our master bathroom and it was nothing but headaches. The work that was done was awful. We have called them numerous times to come back out and finish their work, to reinstall a new bathroom vent, to fix leaking pipes, and to fix our cabinets (which still hasn't been done). They couldn't fix our water pipe downstairs that they installed, so they told us to hire a plumber to come fix it which we did, and then they would send us a check to cover the cost... we have yet to see that check and it's been two months now. Since I can't get my $200 back or get my cabinets fixed to the way they were supposed to be, I'm posting this on every site I possible can to warn other customers that this company is bad news and is a very high risk. I regret hiring these people to do our remodel.

Initially we were given a project completion time frame of July. July came and went, we heard nothing. We have made several attempts to follow up, and have been given the run around. Our requests for a full refund of our deposit have been ignored. Integrity Home Solutions cashed our deposit check several months ago, will not do the work they were hired to do, and will not give us our money back.

We have been waiting since April to have new deck rails installed on our deck. Our current deck rails are unsafe. "Integrity" homes seems just fine keeping our down payment and doing just about nothing about it. We were told when we signed with them in April that the deck would be done in July. Shortly after April, someone came out to measure and they said since it was a smaller job, perhaps they could do it sooner than July. In July they said it was doubtful they would have it done until August. We have been promised it will be done in September. I am hoping they keep their word( this time). It is a safety issue. I am hoping that no one leans on our deck rail and falls of. We have expressed the safety issue to Integrity. They rarely communicate with us. We have to initiate the communication. I would recommend seeking someone else to do your work. I am hoping they eventually install our deck rails and that they do a good job. Time will tell.

Signed a contract with IHS on 3/7/17 for some bathroom remodeling, and put 1/3 down. Was told it would be 8-12 weeks b/4 start. They called in June stating they were behind and would start in a few weeks. I called on several occasions after and the excuse was the same, they were running behind. I called on 8/9/17 and left a voice mail asking for the completion date and a call back with the info within 48 hours. Received a call the next day from 'Jake'. Letting me know it will be another 8-12 weeks. Told him that was not acceptable and I wanted the contract cancelled and my deposit returned. Have not heard anything from them.

James the installer for the windows was on time and explained what the procedure would be for removal and installation of the windows. He was very considerate, cleaned up after himself and had all 4 windows replaced in 1 day.

As with any remodel there were minor issues that came up ? Chris our lead worker on the project has a “can do” attitude. I we felt like we were respected and all issues were addressed well. There is not a single thing left undone-the kitchen looks great. We loved working with Chris, Kenny Scott, bud, tom and all the others. Great company!

We signed a contract with Integrity Home Solutions and gave them 1/3 of the contracted amount on October 3rd 2015 and the job was not started until December 28th, 2015.  We were originally told that it would be 10 weeks before they started the job. During that time frame we were not contacted by anyone from Integrity.  All contact made with the company was initiated by us.  We made multiple calls inquiring about the project and when it would be started.   We were finally given a start date of mid December after making a final call.  By this time we were considering asking for our deposit back and finding someone else to do the job.  We had a couple of issues with the completed job but were never once asked if we were satisfied with the work. No one came to check on or see the completed project.  The only person we saw after the job was completed was someone coming to collect the final payment and he did not even ask if we were satisfied or seemed to care.

Response from Integrity Home Solutions
"In the remodeling industry, in Missouri, even a cash job may take up to a week or more to "Book" or "Go Good". This means the Right of Rescission period has passed, the funds have been verified, financing has been approved, and management has approved the contract. It is at this time when our production department contacts the client to inform them of what to expect next in the process of their job. In this case, a letter was mailed out 10/13/15 introducing the production manager along with his contact information and project timeline. There was a short delay getting to the final measure because of a scheduled surgery, which the customer was made aware. However, this did not delay the project whatsoever. We are typically 10-12 weeks out on all kitchen, bath, and basement jobs. This fact is reiterated to each customer to ensure the smoothest schedule possible. This particular project was completed in full within 15 weeks of signing which is absolutely normal. I'm unsure of the "couple issues" regarding the completed project. The installers walk through each job to ensure satisfactory completion before they move their equipment to the next project. Upon final payment each customer signs an "Acceptance of Completion" that states that they have inspected the work that was performed and it is to their satisfaction. Each of these policies were followed on this particular project. Several times contact was initiated by the production manager, who normally spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed]. According to the most recent phone conversation, Mrs. [Member Name Removed] had drafted this review, and both customers are indeed happy with the final outcome."

High pressure estimate. Salesman thrust his hand in my face several times to close the deal. He became frustrated when I needed a moment to discuss with my wife. He began to lecture me about how busy he is, how many of these estimates he must endure and how valuable his time is. We went with integrity because of the price. This was in May 2015. The remodel didn't begin until 09/03/2015. Wow! The remodel didn't finish until the November. Someone was incompetent but every time I asked why it was taking so long it was "someone else's" fault. One of the installers became very defensive and began to yell at me in my kitchen when I asked for an explanation. The whole thing was a real s*** show.

Did not go well. They showed up with out their tools to do the tile work with no tile cutter. They delayed the work a couple of times. The job was satisfactory and I feel it could have been done better and in a timely manner. I do not recommend them.

The job went well, as the overall bathroom looks great. My wife was pregnant, and they were able to speed up the time to finish the bathroom. They went over the normal service to accomodate my wife and I.
