"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for the nice words, customers like yourself is the reason we've been around for 31 years."
"Thanks [Member Name Removed], after 30 years in business its customers like you that allow us to keep working every day. I really do appreciate the work, thank you. Brian"
"First I want to thank you for the work we do appreciate it. Also I want to thank you for the grade of a C that was very generous, i'm not sure if it would've been me that I would've graded me so nicely. I do want to apologize for you having to call us more than once. It was completely my fault the time that you bought your driveway sealing we had a couple other customers do the same and honestly I just messed up thought I had yours scheduled and I did not. So again I apologize it was definitely not how I would've liked for it to have happened. But thank you for being understanding and being so nice. Brian"
"Thank you for the good review, we always enjoy our work but it makes it so much better when the customers let us know. Thank you again we really appreciate the work. Brian"
Which brings me to problem #1: They said ok someone would be here...never told me it would be much later than the original 8am time given...so, wasted half a day (which I took off work for) waiting, trying to call without an answer or return to messages left at both office and cell phone provided on their website.
The guy that showed up to do the job around 10:30am was very kind and friendly. No complaints with his personality.
Problem #2: After about 30-45 min he knocks on my door and says he is done...apparently the office only told him he needed to power wash it...however, I was bring charged for a wash AND seal (probably not his issue, its what he was told to charge me) I discussed with him, we both tried to call the office numerous times, neither of us could not get ahold of anyone...so he kindly went back to get sealer to finish the job. While he was gone, I checked out the "power washed" concrete...however, there was still dirt spots all over. I finally got a call back from the office apologizing (friendly girl) and told her about dirt still on the concrete...she said she would speak to him and have it removed before it was sealed. This is some major miscommunication...and I think they could use some new equipment because theirs has obviously lost its power for a power washing.
Problem #3: Since I waited around all morning, I had to run an errand while he was gone. He called while I was gone and said he just got back and he was going to start to seal. I even asked him if he was going to remove the dirt first. "Of course, no problem, I'll get it off first"...well, got home to find a sealed driveway with dirt spots all over and on it still. I now have a completely sealed DIRTY LOOKING concrete driveway and patio. This SHOULD NOT have happened. My home is brand new and this concrete is less than 3 months old. I am HIGHLY UPSET that it looks disgusting and old at this point.
Problem #4: I'm not a concrete sealing expert, but all of my neighbors have had their sealers rolled on after a thorough power washing...this guy sprayed it on in less and 45 minutes. Just doesn't seem right...
I would HIGHLY advise against using this company. Not only is it difficult to contact someone for issues, the work is shoddy. The guy that did the work was very nice, but nice only goes so far. What a mess. I could have done this myself.
"First I want to thank you for using our company and then apologize that you were not completely happy. As always we will be happy to come back and redo it again for you I suggest we wait till spring since we did it a little later in the season to do it. Now I would like to address a couple of your concerns yes we do sprayed on we also back roll as needed but spraining it all gets it down into the nooks and crannies better than just rolling it on. Unfortunately as far as the communication goes that particular week was my wife's 50th birthday and I had taken a week off to take her on a small trip we are family owned and operated business so my daughter filled in answering the phone for me I thought this was better than not having any work done at all, when she called you to reschedule it's because our normal guy that does driveways unfortunately had caught a flu like illness that evening and was not able to make it to work I apologize for this but unfortunately we are human we get sick. The technician that came out to do the cleaning is fully trained mostly does my commercial work at all the restaurants that we clean your driveway was clean unfortunately being in a new subdivision with new concrete like we spoke of had not completely cured before the dirt and the mud on the streets got onto your concrete and had soaked in. Overtime the sun will probably lighten those mud stains, again I would just want to add we will be happy to come back and do it again for you. thank you. Brian Vance"
