They did a wonderful job! Service was prompt and thorough. Exactly what we had hoped for! We will definitely use Hot Shotz again.

Very pleased with the results. In particular, the fence looks brand-new. Also, when it turned out that more fence sections needed cleaning than we had originally thought, he stopped working and consulted me before proceeding with additional work. He didn't want me to be surprised by the final bill, and I appreciated that.

I owned the dirtiest "new construction" house in history. Look at the photos. I got the owner on the phone. A few questions on the anatomy of the house and he gave me a fair price. The we set a date, they called the next day to ask if they could come on short notice after an opening in the schedule (it was a stellar day so I accepted. The worker was tireless -- ******* hoses and spray bottles all over. He explained what he would do and any concerns I had. After hours of hard work he brought me out and showed me one impossible to reach corner of siding 35 feet up (no ladder that long and he isn't in roofing business), After I paid (and went inside) he climbed up on the roof (an option we discussed and I told him not to worry about it). and got the one spot. He displayed a lot of pride and dedication -- as if he owned the company himself. I truly believe most companies would have politely backed out after seeing the ridiculous amount of buildup.

Hot Shotz was great to work with. They were very good at responding to my request for pricing and once hired showed up when they said they would to complete the work. The individual who performed the power washing was very professional and explained all the work to be completed in detail. Overall a very positive experience. I would hire them again.

I paid for service up front via Angies List. Never heard from them. I had to call three times to get an appointment. Once they got here, the work was well done.

It worked out good. I ended up paying $640. They didn’t come too soon, but I think that was due to the weather. I would use them again. They did a great, fantastic job.

Our family could not be happier with the results! Two men, Kevin & Zach, showed up at the scheduled time. They had every piece of equipment that they needed and got to work. In less than 2 hours the house looked brand new! My mother was thrilled. I have posted before/after photos on social media and we already have some family that will be also calling Hot Shotz. Mom said, "They did an awesome job!"

AWESOME; way more than just a guy with a powerwasher!.......Hot Shotz called the day before the appointment to confirm the appointment day. The gentleman showed up doing the work promptly; took detailed measurements to confirm pricing previously discussed before starting, fully explained what he would be doing, then got right to work! - We had our 2 story house with walkout basement powerwashed and driveway powerwashed and they look fantastic. The gentleman doing the work actually had super long extensions for some brushes to give areas higher up a bit more attention; presoaked parts of the house and driveway with a solution before starting and actually had this huge walk-behind looking industrial scrubbing device hooked to the powerwasher, to scrub the driveway! - We used another 'power wash' outfit years prior; that was just 2 guys and a Home Depot looking powerwasher..........well..........we got what we paid for..........things just kinda-sorta got cleaned.:-( - Not the case with Hot Shotz! This company is truly professional grade with the skills and equipment to prove it. We are absolutely thrillled with the work and would absolutely use the again!:-)

Great! They are on time and do excellent work.

Despite a very busy time, Brian is very accessible. He would either answer calls himself or return my calls within 24 hours-usually much quicker even. Our job was pretty small, but he still provided excellent customer service and fit us in just two days after I first called.

I was mostly disappointed. I could have gone with a less professional organization, for less money, but I wanted it done right. The man doing the service was careless in protecting our flower beds and left spots on the retaining wall that were not cleaned thoroughly. I wrote back to ask them to fix it, but never heard anything.  I won't use them next time.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The guy answered the phone right away and fit me into his schedule immediately, even though they were pretty much booked until the following month. But he knew I needed the small job done so he did what he could! They came out 2 days later, on time, and turned my patio from a brown dirty mess to looking like it was brand new. I was amazed, I didn't know the patio could look that great. The price was very reasonable too and we will have this done every year now.

Professional, prompt, great service

After reading excellent reviews, I made an appointment with this company for the following week for a power washing AND sealing of my concrete driveway and patio. Got a call the day before trying to reschedule for the next day, but needed to be done because deck was going on the following day.
Which brings me to problem #1: They said ok someone would be here...never told me it would be much later than the original 8am time given...so, wasted half a day (which I took off work for) waiting, trying to call without an answer or return to messages left at both office and cell phone provided on their website.
The guy that showed up to do the job around 10:30am was very kind and friendly. No complaints with his personality. 
Problem #2: After about 30-45 min he knocks on my door and says he is done...apparently the office only told him he needed to power wash it...however, I was bring charged for a wash AND seal (probably not his issue, its what he was told to charge me) I discussed with him, we both tried to call the office numerous times, neither of us could not get ahold of anyone...so he kindly went back to get sealer to finish the job. While he was gone, I checked out the "power washed" concrete...however, there was still dirt spots all over. I finally got a call back from the office apologizing (friendly girl) and told her about dirt still on the concrete...she said she would speak to him and have it removed before it was sealed. This is some major miscommunication...and I think they could use some new equipment because theirs has obviously lost its power for a power washing.
Problem #3: Since I waited around all morning, I had to run an errand while he was gone. He called while I was gone and said he just got back and he was going to start to seal. I even asked him if he was going to remove the dirt first. "Of course, no problem, I'll get it off first"...well, got home to find a sealed driveway with dirt spots all over and on it still. I now have a completely sealed DIRTY LOOKING concrete driveway and patio. This SHOULD NOT have happened. My home is brand new and this concrete is less than 3 months old. I am HIGHLY UPSET that it looks disgusting and old at this point. 
Problem #4: I'm not a concrete sealing expert, but all of my neighbors have had their sealers rolled on after a thorough power washing...this guy sprayed it on in less and 45 minutes. Just doesn't seem right...
I would HIGHLY advise against using this company. Not only is it difficult to contact someone for issues, the work is shoddy. The guy that did the work was very nice, but nice only goes so far. What a mess. I could have done this myself.
