About us
Harvestowne Auto Body, Inc. has been in business since 1985. Since that time we have been very blessed. Over the years, we have grown, and our sons Jeremy and Robby have joined Harvestowne Auto Body, Inc. to complete us as a family business. Our Body and Frame Department includes a Chief EZ Liner frame rack with a Genesis Laser measuring system and a Hunter suspension alignment system. The Paint and Detail department includes a Standox computerized paint and mixing station and a Garmat downdraft, climate controlled spray booth with bake cycle. Harvestowne is a member of the ASA (Automotive Service Assoc.) Our shop features I-CAR trained technicians, Audatex Certified Estimators, and Computerized Audatex Electronic Estimating System. We are listed with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and have been an accredited Business since 1990 with an A+ rating! We are also proud to be a member on Angie's List since 2012.

Rob was very responsive and informative in getting the appointment set up. He was booking pretty far out, which was fine with our schedule. Work performed was excellent. Drop off and pick up were easy. Team really did a great job on the vehicle and we will definitely use them again.

After an experience with a different body shop where the bill tripled after the original estimate I decided to try Harvestowne Auto Body. I couldn’t have been happier: the estimate was right on the money and you can’t tell the vehicle was in an accident. And they were both professional and personable! They will have all my work in the future.

Overall, fair to good. The young man working over the billing had it all messed up - - bottom line turned out ok but his not remembering things that were to be done (fix door not locking) was overlooked and now we have to take the van back in. Felt I was getting double-talk about it. Did not give me confidence that they were really sure of what was to be done - I felt like they got it done for less money than insurance paid but not admit it.

My experience was GREAT! Bob and Rob are two of the nicest people I have ever met! From the first day when I stopped in for an estimate, they were intent on helping me. Rob even made an adjustment to my front door that allowed me to open it at that visit. I knew I was in good hands when the insurance adjuster's bid was slightly higher and he said great things about Harvestowne when he asked where I thought I would take my car. I received regular texts and pictures during the repair process. They also finished slightly ahead of the projected end date! While I hope I never am in another accident, I would not consider using any other auto body shop than Harvestowne!!!

The folks at Harvestowne were very straight-forward and honest about the options and the cost. They convinced me that the less- expensive option was probably the right-value solution. Then they did a great job fixing the dent and smoothing it over. This family-run business is trustworthy and produce good quality work.

They were dependant on the Nissan dealer for parts. when the parts were delayed by a day, they performed additional work on the door hinges that I told them we could not afford, and at NO EXTRA CHARGE. These people clearly understand that customer service means everything. This is the best experience I have ever had with a body shop in my 63 years.

The sliding door on my Sienna wasn't shutting properly. Before going to Harvestowne, I had the job quoted at the dealership. Their estimate was "starting at $565."
The guys at Harvestowne found an easy solution. Instead of taking the door apart, putting in a new latch, and welding the door back (the dealership's way of solving it), they carefully pulled out the latch that had sunken inside the door (the latch itself was perfectly fine), and fixed the enlarged bolt holes with washers, in the end saving me lots and lots of money.
So going to a place where people not only know what they are doing, but also truly care about the customer, makes all the difference. This is my second job at Harvestowne. I would definitely go there again, and I heartily recommend their services.

For appraisal, was very nice people and friendly. Needed 2-3 days to do the work. Mr. Miller provided transportation to my house, free of charge. *Matched paint perfectly!

I found the whole experience working with Harvestowne Auto Body thoroughly satisfying. Robert was very helpful on the phone, advised me on my best options, clearly caring about what's good for me. The part arrived quickly. I brought my car in and, fifteen minutes later, drove out of the shop with a new mirror and more air in my tires.

Harvestowne was great to work with from the moment I took my car in for an estimate. Bob went above and beyond by even offering to fix our chipped paint for no charge. They had a rental car waiting for us when we dropped of our car and finished the repairs within the timeframe they gave us. All around great to work with and I would recommend Harvestowne to anyone.

They used aftermarket parts (per insurance company) which didn't fit or appear as well as factory original. Factory parts would have cost less than $100, which I would have gladly paid if I had been informed. They gave a free interior detail as an Angie's List member, but would have appreciated a better job instead.

My 9 year old van was really crunched in the rear, it looked totaled to me. Harvestowne had it looking new in about week the paint matched perfectly also added clear coat. I would return if the need ever arises.

Harvestowne did a great job on our repair. They provided us with an estimate. As a preferred provider with our insurance, they managed the insurance claim, estimated the repair time and performed the work in a timely manner. They used the same paint as the car manufacturer so the car looked like new. They even repaired a few scratches for free. Would definitely use them again! We have not had any car repairs in recent years so the price was a surprise, but our insurance covered most of the cost.

I have had several vehicles repaired at Harvestowne Auto Boday and have been pleased with the results. The cars looked better than new when they were fixed. The detailing service is incredible, it is like getting a new car every year.
