I couldn’t speak more highly of Karen and Jamie. They are so nice, personable, and great to work with. They helped me design and select the best option, within my budget. Once I made a decision, blinds were available within two weeks. They were in and out in 1 hour to put up 7 different sets of blinds. The blinds look great. Karen and Jamie are very professional and know what they’re doing. A testament to their culture: they even suggested an alternative method from something they can do, and helped connect me with the right folks who can, because they thought it was the best solution for me. Quality, affordable, trustworthy, professional service. They will get repeat business from me!

The whole job was done in a professional manner. Karen presented options clearly and emailed estimate the same day and gave us an approximate installation time frame. Karen called to set up the installation date and time. Jamie and Bob (installers) were prompt and efficient and we are very pleased with our new blinds. They also took all of the old stuff with them. Within my price and great professional advise

Start to finish the project went without a hitch. The owners arrived on time for the initial consultation and came prepared with multiple samples and explained all the options. Shutters were the best choice by far but working with an arched window will increase the cost if you opt for full coverage though we were offered the choice between a squared shutter open at the top or a full arch coverage...we chose the full arch. The installer was punctual and arrived at precisely 8am, he explained the installation process step by step as he was putting the frame and panels in place. He was was very friendly and experienced completing the entire job, that included adjusting and polishing the louver panels, in little over an hour. The result was even better than expected and the expectations were pretty high. The shutters themselves add a highly functional and elegant aesthetic to our dining room, a space we have given a lot of attention too over the past 3 years. One of the challenges we've faced is a Western exposure so that during the summer months the room warmed dramatically increasing the ambient temperature of the entire first floor of our townhouse. These shutters in addition to a high quality UV window film installed recently have made an immediate and dramatic impact so we will benefit not only by adding a unique feature to the room but equally important lowering cooling costs and increasing comfort no matter the time of year we entertain family and friends. If you are in the market for window treatments that add style and functional utility to any room in your home you could do no better than Gateway Shutters and Blinds.

It went very well. They came out and gave me many options. When other companies were unclear whether not they could meet the idea so I had or the way I wanted it to look. They were innovative and able to get me exactly what I wanted. The windows were were somewhat narrow therefore not a lot of room for the shutter space to be installed however they found a way to make it work and it looks perfect.

Great people, family owned business, Came prepared to show us what products they offered, offered suggestion to better fit our home and save money, Pricing was quite in line with other estimates. Delivery after order was on time, installation went very smoothly, We are quite satisfied with the end results. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs new blinds.

They were professional and easy to work with.  The installer removed some old brackets for discarded vertical blinds as a courtesy. Their services were appreciated.  I find no problems with this company.
