MR. MUELLER DOES A GOOD JOB AND IS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. MR. MUELLER HAS SERVICED OUR FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONERS BEFORE AND WHEN I CALLED TO SEE ABOUT THE WATER HEATER, THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AND HE WAS HERE THE NEXT DAY. HE EVEN CHECKED OUR FURNACE WHILE HE WAS HERE AND THEN HE ALSO TOOK AWAY THE OLD WATER HEATER. WE FELT THIS WAS A FAIR PRICE, BECAUSE WE HAD A WATER HEATER INSTALLED DOWN AT OUR LAKE HOUSE IN THE OZARKS BY [ANOTHER COMPANY] AND IT WAS ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AND EVERYTHING IS DONE CHEAPER DOWN THERE.
