 + -1 moreI'm renting a house and I've been here 30 days. 30 days without air conditioning Fred came and was supposed to fix it at the beginning of the week. He came and worked on it for about a hour then tells me he forgot something. And he would show up sometime that week. I was a little confused he wouldn't tell me when just that he'd show up. Well I work also but I said okay. Its Saturday and never even tried to contact me so I texted him today and he said "Was there yesterday after 5 No one home Maybe Monday" Maybe Monday? I'm sitting here with no air.. I have to come home from work to a even hotter house then it is outside.. Very unprofessional and rude. Don't contact this man for air conditioning repairs or you'll be stuck in a hot house until he feels like doin his job

 + -1 moreMR. MUELLER DOES A GOOD JOB AND IS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. MR. MUELLER HAS SERVICED OUR FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONERS BEFORE AND WHEN I CALLED TO SEE ABOUT THE WATER HEATER, THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AND HE WAS HERE THE NEXT DAY. HE EVEN CHECKED OUR FURNACE WHILE HE WAS HERE AND THEN HE ALSO TOOK AWAY THE OLD WATER HEATER. WE FELT THIS WAS A FAIR PRICE, BECAUSE WE HAD A WATER HEATER INSTALLED DOWN AT OUR LAKE HOUSE IN THE OZARKS BY [ANOTHER COMPANY] AND IT WAS ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AND EVERYTHING IS DONE CHEAPER DOWN THERE.
Description of Work: WE HAD A 50 GAL. GAS WATER HEATER INSTALLED.
