The price was very reasonable. All of the dealers wanted like thousands of dollars and he secured it shut and charged me a minimal amount of money. They’ll work with people. If you have an issue, you just bring it back in and they take care of it.

Took two days for the work. Had to explain two different times the problems with the vehicle. Price range on internet says work should cost between 500 and 850. So far so good with starter and fuel pump but it has only been a week.

I have passed by the Frecks and Sons sign countless times over the years with every intent of trying them out but never following
through. We recently bought a car for the kids and as fate would have it the car decided to die at the top of the road into Frecks. The car we purchased is subject to timing belt failures. We learned this after our purchase so we planned to get it in but the car decided for us. It was a costly escapade but given the work they performed and the detailed explanation provided, I was duly impressed.
Their labor rate is higher than similar shops and they are only open Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Many people would view this as a negative but it tells me they have a business model that attracts top talent. The complexity of this job confirmed my evaluation.
This event and the service we received has convinced to use Frecks going forward. I am not sure other local shops could have handled this job.

I have been using Freck's for auto repair and maintenance for at least 10 years. They have always accommodated my needs promptly and the turn around time for repairs has always been short. They kept my 1995 Toyota on the road and running smooth until just recently when I traded it in. Estimates are on target, and if there is a problem they will call you and let you know so there are no surprises.

I've used this business for a number of years to perform major and minor work on a variety of vehicles. I've felt their prices were fair for the quality work that they do. I've never had any issues with any of the work except for one time when some of the parts used in a repair started indicating they were failing (by the sound that was being made). The parts were still under warranty, but the labor was no longer under warranty. I had to pay a fair amount of money in labor again and I don't blame the business for having to charge for labor, but I may request OEM parts for the next major repair.

They were very professional. I felt like the work was done well at reasonable price.

I take my Cadillac's to him and I take my F150 to him. He is good and he has a warranty. His price is right. He has a good reputation because he does a good job. He is honest and I would take my cars to him in a minute. I recommend him. I would not take my cars anywhere else.

I liked their customer service and attitudes. They were professional. Their prices and quality of service were excellent. I will be using their services again in the future.
