You have to develop a personal relationship with the management. If you are unhappy you can always go back and talk with them and they try to make it right. They really try to stand by their services.

It went very well. I always buy my tires from Firestone. About 9 years ago when I bought my first set of tires from Firestone, I also bought lifetime alignment and rotation. When I got this recent set of tires, not only was the price right and affordable for my 12 year old car, but I also received the alignment and rotation, which helps me get better gas mileage.

We recently replaced the tires on my father-in-law's car at Firestone. As always they were waiting for us as we came in the door and got us in and out in just a couple hours without any issues, recommended quality tires that fit our budget, and were very helpful in general. Good speedy service.
