Excellent service ethic. Keith called me exactly when he said he would call me. He was punctual in arriving and spent a long time analyzing the garage doors. He only replaced what needed to be and serviced the other doors. They are all like new now. I will use this company for future projects and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We had previously used Covenant Garage Door to service our garage door. I discovered the spring broken just after the close of business on a Friday afternoon. I called their number anyway and voicemail told me they were out of town for the weekend. I did not leave a message. I decided to try to contact them though the Angies List messaging. They promptly replied and said they could come out first thing Monday morning, which they did. They were very courteous and professional. I wished to have the spring replaced with a similar very heavy-duty spring that he didn't regularly carry with him, as opposed to a normal spring. He was able to return later that day with the spring and promptly install it. I am pleased with their responsiveness and service. I definitely will use them again.

Replaced my old garage door opener that had stopped working properly. Installed new opener, chain assembly, sensors, and keypad. They were very responsive, answering my questions on the same days I e-mailed them. Installation went quickly and no mess was left behind.

They got here when they said they would be here. They told me everything I needed to do. He did what I called him to do, and he did some more things. He oiled the rollers and did this and that. He told me how to replace the rollers and which ones to get. He didn't even push "let me do it, let me do it", none of that business. He said you can do these yourself. He told me how to do them and what kind of rollers to put in. I'd use them forever. That's honesty.

I don't need new garage doors, but I would use them again. I found the company among four others that I called on Angie's List. I left messages with each to call me back. He was the first one who called back, and called immediately and set up an meeting with me right away. It was the owner of the company. He spent a lot of time with me talking about the various doors, and didn't try to up-sell me. He was was lot less expensive than the quote I had gotten from an primary provider it seems from everybody that had come out to fix the door. The quote he gave was twice the quote I got, and that was ten years ago. The product I checked out is excellent product. Nothing to complain about the piece he was offering. He ordered the things I had wanted. I had to wait, and as soon as they were in, the installation was in. I have been happy since. He has been back to follow up to see if things were good. Very personalized, and right price person you want to do business with. Many companies send out sales people, and this is not the case with this company.

Company removed old garage door and install new one. Cleaned up after themselves and did a solid install.

I called to schedule an appointment for an issue with my garage door. Last year, I had another company out to put new seals on the garage door. Right away I could see daylight between the door and the seals. The technician said there was nothing more he could do, that my doors were too old, but he could sell me new doors to remedy the issue. Prior to that appointment, there was no gap at that place on the frame. I was suspicious. I called another company, who also tried to sell me new doors. Meanwhile, the rain came in through the crack. I finally called Covenant. The two gentlemen that came out said the seals were fine, but the track had gotten out of whack (at the time the first company came out.) They made several adjustments, and presto! No more sunlight, no more leak. They also found no dire need for me to replace doors just yet. They were on time, courteous, and did not try to oversell me. I now have a new garage door company.

Keith came out and did an excellent temporary repair while the panel I needed was on order. This enabled me to use my garage door immediately. He was back within a few days to replace the panel and complete the repairs for a very reasonable price. Keith is prompt, professional, careful to explain what he will do and afterwards what he did. He was very pleasant to work with and careful! I highly recommend him.

Keith and his son installed a beautiful new Wayne Dalton garage door with new rails and relocated our garage door opener about 8 months ago. I don't remember if I submitted a review after the installation so I wanted to be sure to do one now. Keith has since been back on two occasions to provide after-the-sale service, with the most recent service just moments ago. Many companies will maintain good contact with customers until after they clinch the sale but fall way short of good customer service afterwards. Keith lives up to his promise of quality customer service after the sale. I wholeheartedly recommend Covenant Garage Door Company for quality products and Keith for his outstanding customer service.

It went very well. Mr. Kleeschulte arrived as scheduled. He replaced all the rollers on my garage door with better than original quality rollers, lubricated and checked over the entire door. When finished he described in detail everything he had done. I would definitely use his services again.

Called Keith at Covenant Garage Door at the recommendation of my neighbor who is a contractor. Keith responded quickly and showed up early to walk us through our options. Keith agreed that a replacement door would be best, answered all of our questions, provided us with a ball park idea as to cost and a lot of literature detailing the types of doors and related options available to us. Keith told us to look everything over and if we wished to pursue this job with his company, all he needed to know was which door we wanted and he would give us a concrete price and installation date. We moved forward with Covenant and everything went as smoothly as possible. Throughout our experience Keith demonstrated excellent customer service and it was really evident he appreciated our business. We were left with a great looking garage door and at a fair price. Couldn't ask for much more. We certainly will use Covenant Garage Doors again in the future.

I first called Precision Garage Door (between working out of town and only being home on weekends to get this fixed), and that was a NIGHTMARE. See my review of Precision Garage Door. So, after a couple weeks of non-communication from Precision, and NO WAY TO OPEN OUR SUPER HEAVY DOOR WITH A BROKEN SPRING, I cancelled Precision, searched Angie's list and read reviews (as I should have done to being with and would have avoided all the problems) and found Covenant Garage Door. So, Keith (Dad-owner) called/texted me right back within minutes of me contacting him, offered to come immediately and get my door open, but I was out of town and he agreed to come that Saturday morning. He evaluated the overall situation and we agreed (as I had done with Precision) that I needed a new door, in addition to my double broken spring, etc. because my door was junk to begin with (junk doors that are sold by Overhead Garage Door - do NOT use them either). So, Keith ordered and recommended the SAME exact door as precision (Dalton 8500 with extra heavy duty high cycle spring upgrade) and I didn't even ask Keith how much it would be. He was so awesome and trustworthy after meeting him and discussing my previous couple weeks of nightmares with Precision, and that Precision left me with a door that wouldn't open and no way to get trash out, cars out, etc. and didn't even care. Keith immediately got on a ladder, temporarily rigged the spring with good 'old fashioned "WORK" (yes, the "w" word) and "blocked" the spring in multiple places to make it give some minimal power to the door to allow us to use our garage door opener to get the door open. It was safe and secure, but not permanent and not a good long term plan. He then tried to only charge me some low amount of money for doing that task and I was appalled and doubled the price he quoted and gave him cash of double his price because I was so appreciative of his willingness to temporarily fix our situation while we waited for our new door, new super spring, new rails, new everything. I was so happy. Then, a couple weeks later, with our door still working just fine from his temporary "rig", Keith's son (son-owner) and another worker came to install the new door. Everything went great. I was very clear with them (as I always am with all contracted work) that I expected a great job, with no cutting corners, and I would gladly pay for good work). They indeed provided that high quality work, double checked everything, did the job in a half day on Saturday, and then when they gave me the final bill it was over $100 cheaper than Precision for the EXACT same door model and exact same high cycle spring, and exactly replacement of all rails, etc. So, of course that was a nice bonus. So, even paying Keith for the first day's temporary job, I still came out a little cheaper, or about the same as Precision, but I got our old door to work for the two plus weeks while we waited for the door to come in (some doors are in stock, but this extra heavy duty door was on back order). So, in summary, Covenant takes care of you, is honest, has good prices, doesn't try to oversell you, does high quality work, fixes you immediate situation if possible, and most importantly communicates with the customer and doesn't leave you hanging. I have extremely high standards and give them five stars out of five stars.
