 + -1 moreWe bought our second Samsung TV at Costco Warehouse and we love the professionalism and attention that their staff gave us. I had previously bought cellular phones on 9/1/12 from Costco Wireless and saved 50% compared to the prices at the Verizon Wireless store. Costco Warehouse is a great place to shop and to save money!
Description of Work: We bought a new 32 inch Samsung TV and a Square Trade Extended Warranty at Costco Wholesale in St. Peters, MO. The customer service staff informed us of the types of televisions (ie. plasma, led, lcd, and smart TV's) and which brands had discounts. They also told me that Costco has a two year warranty on all television sets and computers purchased at their warehouse.

It was an abysmal experience. Glen said that he couldn't take the clock back because it was my fault. He then said would you like to talk to a manager about it. I said yes and Kenny said that despite their motto of 100% satisfaction they couldn't take back an item I broke. I told him I did not break it. Kenny then leaves and then Glen starts to agitate me with questions like you didn't think we would really take that back did you? I didn't answer. He then said it's only your word and you broke it. I then asked for his supervisor because he's just trying to aggravate me and their is no purpose to his needling. He's supposedly in customer service and escalating a situation when their is no call for that. Kenny said I should call Timex on Monday. I had thought the matter was settled by then and couldn't understand Glen's needling and escalating the situation.
Description of Work: I brought in an alarm clock that had cracked. I also brought in an electrical cord I had purchased a couple days earlier.

 + -1 moreWe use Costco for all our film developing. They are always prompt and seem to be cheaper than elsewhere. I did have a concern with the random order my pictures were in when I picked them up, but I think they have improved this. I also like the index print.

 + -1 moreOur experience was fantastic. The costco sales and servicemen were very friendly, informative and efficient. Our new tires were on quickly. The shop is clean and inviting - it does not look like a greasy, nasty auto shop. We were very pleased with the overall experience. My car is in need of new tires and I have no doubt that we will take my car to Costco for the new tires.
Description of Work: My husband needed four brand-new tires for his 2002 Ford Escape. We are members of Costco Warehouse and they were running a special that if you bought 4 tires you received a $60 instant rebate. The salesman at Costco asked several questions to determine how the vehicle is used and how much longer we planned to keep the vehicle. He then made several recommendations based upon the vehicle and the answers that we provided to him. Surprisingly he did not recommend the most expensive tire that they had or even the next most expensive. We chose our tires and paid for the service. The service also includes free lifetime tire rotation, tire air fill-up, inspection, flat repair, and rubber stem valve replacement anytime we want to bring it in. Costco also fills their tires with Nitrogen instead of regular air - I believe the reason is because nitrogen is less susceptible to temperature changes in the air.

This store is remarkably clean an bright, no stock in ailes, no boxes lying around the customer aisles, and stock shelves are neat, fully provisioned. In general, employees seem quite happy with their work and are pleased to greet anyone who passes by.
