We bought our second Samsung TV at Costco Warehouse and we love the professionalism and attention that their staff gave us. I had previously bought cellular phones on 9/1/12 from Costco Wireless and saved 50% compared to the prices at the Verizon Wireless store. Costco Warehouse is a great place to shop and to save money!

We got great service. The price was good and we got a nice rebate. We were really happy with the service and you also get free tire rotations every 7,500 miles.

It was an abysmal experience. Glen said that he couldn't take the clock back because it was my fault. He then said would you like to talk to a manager about it. I said yes and Kenny said that despite their motto of 100% satisfaction they couldn't take back an item I broke. I told him I did not break it. Kenny then leaves and then Glen starts to agitate me with questions like you didn't think we would really take that back did you? I didn't answer. He then said it's only your word and you broke it. I then asked for his supervisor because he's just trying to aggravate me and their is no purpose to his needling. He's supposedly in customer service and escalating a situation when their is no call for that. Kenny said I should call Timex on Monday. I had thought the matter was settled by then and couldn't understand Glen's needling and escalating the situation.

Film Developing Service
We use Costco for all our film developing. They are always prompt and seem to be cheaper than elsewhere. I did have a concern with the random order my pictures were in when I picked them up, but I think they have improved this. I also like the index print.

Our experience was fantastic. The costco sales and servicemen were very friendly, informative and efficient. Our new tires were on quickly. The shop is clean and inviting - it does not look like a greasy, nasty auto shop. We were very pleased with the overall experience. My car is in need of new tires and I have no doubt that we will take my car to Costco for the new tires.

Personnel are courteous and well trained. This store is remarkably clean an bright, no stock in ailes, no boxes lying around the customer aisles, and stock shelves are neat, fully provisioned. In general, employees seem quite happy with their work and are pleased to greet anyone who passes by.

YOU WON'T GET MUCH HELP, CUSTOMER SERVICE-WISE, BUT YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICES. ADDITIONALLY, YOU HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO HAUL IT HOME YOURSELF (WE WENT AND RENTED A TRUCK AT HOME DEPOT). THE QUALITY AND PRICE OF THE FURNITURE IS EXCEPTIONAL. WE ALSO BOUGHT A BUNCH OF OUR FURNITURE (BASICALLY FURNISHED OUR HOME) THROUGH COSTCO.COM
