. Corey took his time and explained everything very well. He kept repeating his I guess his favorite quote " the only foolish question is the one you do not ask and if i treat you poorly, please fire me".
He explained everything slowly and in different ways to make sure I understood so I felt confident in the decision I made. It was my choice but I could provide him some upfront documentation so that he could give me a good pre-approval and I could shop for a home more comfortably. Everything went smooth and I did not feel rushed at all.
I went ahead and provided him all my documentation ahead of time so I only had to gather a few updated documents. His pre-approval was right on the money and it was easy. . i really do not understand what the big deal was.
