I hired Buerck Wallscapes to rebuild our existing retaining walls in 2009. It has been a year now, September 2010, and the project is not completed. The walls failed the final inspection due to stair related problems and the company is not willing to make the necessary field corrections to pass the inspection in a timely manner. My biggest mistake was to make the full payment before the final wall inspection. The company's service quality changed drastically for the worse in 2010.
