+ -1 moreI WAS GIVEN INFORMATION (PRICE QUOTE, AVAILABILITY TO MEET OUR TIME FRAME, ETC.) BY DEVIN IMMEDIATELY WHEN I CALLED. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND BUSINESS-LIKE. THEY WERE A FEW DAYS LATE IN COMPLETING THE SURVEY, DUE TO EMPLOYEE ILLNESS, BUT COMPLETED THE WORK AND SENT THE REPORT BY THE AGREED UPON DEADLINE. IT DID TAKE TWO OR THREE PHONE MESSAGES BEFORE DEVIN RESPONDED TO MY INQUIRIES ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT THE SURVEY WAS COMPLETED. I CALLED ONLY ONE OTHER COMPANY FOR A PRICE QUOTE AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, SO WE ONLY HAD ONE QUOTE. A COWORKER, WHO ALSO HAD A SURVEY DONE RECENTLY, SAID THE PRICE SOUNDED ABOUT RIGHT.
