BALES CARPET CLEANING

The subfloor used to replace the damaged floor wasn't the same thickness as the existing subfloor. There were also splinters and pieces of wood from the cutting out of the damaged floor that wasn't cleaned up and sitting between the floor joists and the new flooring. We were putting down hardwood floor, which requires level floors, which they were aware of because they offered to provide us a quote to finish laying down the flooring. I've since replaced the subfloor using another contractor for 1/4 of the price.

Quality of work was poor. Some areas showed that only a portion of the carpet was cleaned. They didn't move furniture and just cleaned around it. Dirty areas sharply contrasted with clean area when furniture was moved. If I had known, I would have moved the furniture myself. They told me they were unable to clean the carpet area near the walls. So one room looks as if the carpet has a dark border. They should have told me this before I paid them. I called to complain and the company sent the workers back to re-do part of the job. They were very nice about it, but there was very little improvement.
