I was pleased. I was very happy with them.

First, the person who took my call was extremely courteous and got me scheduled for the day I wanted. She also quoted me a very accurate price. Bob came out on time and did a beautiful job on my carpets and my area rug. They look fantastic! Dependable, great service, fantastic work ethic, affordable and great results. What more could you want?

Once they arrived, they walked me through the house to give me a summary of how they were going to complete the job. They were very honest, telling me that some of the carpet in the high traveled areas would still show wear. They started with the air duct and finished with the carpet. I was very pleased with the finished job. I was unable to stay at the house to keep tabs of them, but felt very comfortable leaving them there to work their magic. On my return from moving out of the house I sold, they explained what they had completed and what I should do after the carpet dried. They also told me to replace the furnace filter for the best possible effect of the duct cleaning. I would recommend them highly.
