General Remodeling
The contractor was generally non-responsive. They would call to say that they would be starting at 10:00 a.m., and then not show up until 2:00 p.m. if at all. Consistently "forgot their cell phone" or "lost their cell phone" in order to avoid calls. Did not pull the proper permits which required them to redo some work they had already done. Extremely poor quality, their idea of sanding a drywall joint was knocking off the peaks and painting it, and then saying "oh I didn't notice that" when I pointed it out to them. It took them 3 months to do a project that could have been done in a week. Overall they were terrible.
