It went very well. He is very skilled, professional and friendly. He always treats us to a couple of pieces he plays for us on the piano (he is an EXCELLENT pianist) after he has tuneed the piano. I very highly recommend him.

IT WAS HARD TO FIND SOMEONE WILLING TO DO PIANO REFINISHING, AND WE WERE LUCKY TO FIND ALI. HE DID A GOOD JOB WITH BOTH THE TUNING AND THE REPAIR, AND SHOWED HIMSELF TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PIANOS OVERALL. I FELT COMFORTABLE LETTING HIM WORK ON OUR INSTRUMENT (YAMAHA UPRIGHT).
