Women at the front desk were rude. Long lines and no one working. Special treatment for certain customers who do not have to wait in line. Doctors were fine but other staff not friendly.

Woke up this morning without pain and able to walk normally for the first time in two months. Hate taking any kind of pills so this exceeded all expectations. The pain is gone and no pills. Thank You Dr Meek and the Staff of ABJ who were all wonderful.

It was clear that everyone I met enjoyed working there. This was my first appointment and I felt welcome. Also, I was delayed arriving and they welcomed me anyway with little wait. I was able to get this appointment for just a few days after my call - usually seeing specialists takes weeks or months. The front desk people we friendly and helpful. The nurse was kind and skilled, Dr. Lombardo took his time with a gentle and thorough exam - offering effective solutions - and all the while treated me like an old friend. After finding ABJ (O'Fallon MO office), I will not go anywhere else. Wish all medical experiences were like this one. Recommend 100%.

Received a sample of a new prescription plus detailed instructions how to use plus instructions to continue previous prescription. Note: I saw Dr. Lombardo at their O'Fallon office on Highway K not the one in St. Peters on Piper Hill. I prefer the O'Fallon location. Also taken into exam room within three minutes. In and out in 20 minutes.

Drained Fluid from knee gave cortisone shot. Went as well as can be expected, maybe a little bit better. I saw Dr. McAllister's PA Matt specifically, he did a great job of not causing any pain while taking care of the knee pain.

Dr. Larkin and his entire staff made me & my 15yo son feel at ease the entire time. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They made sure to explain everything so we could understand and make the best decision. We were very pleased with Dr. Larkin and all who we interacted with on multiple visits.

Great! They have a Quick Care option where if you were injured within the last 72 hours they can work you in without an appointment. To me it seemed like a much better option to see someone who specializes in orthopedic medicine, rather than an urgent care that are generalists. Plus ther are sick people with infectious diseases at an urgent care. Here I didn't run the risk of getting the flu while seeking treatment for an injury.

I was a walk in patient at the end of the day. The check in person, Barbara, was very efficient, friendly and professional and handling all my paperwork. After a short wait I was seen by the x-ray technician, Steve, who actually stayed overtime to take care of me. I would highly recommend this medical practice to anyone.

I called at 10:00 am and was told to come in at 11:30 am. 1:00 and i was still not called back. I would understand if the appointment was made in advanced that things come up, however, this was made same day and i should have at least had someone come out and reschedule with me or tell me to come back. I was missing work because of this. Very rude.
