Taxi/Shuttle Service
On Tuesday I needed to go to the grocery store so I called Yellow Cab. When I spoke to the man on the phone I explained to him that I would need someone to put my groceries in my garage when we get back to my house and he said that would be no problem. After grocery shopping a cab driver came to pick me up. They took a long time getting there. The taxi was filthy! The driver got lost going back to my house and so I was charged for all that extra drive time. When we did get back to my home the man didn't want to put my groceries in the garage for me even though I had been told he would. After a bit of arguing he finally did put my groceries in the garage for me. Before he left he even begged me for some of my groceries and took a nasty attitude with me! When I called to complain they would not return my calls.
