YAEGER'S CONTRACTING

Mr. Yaeger came to give an estimate the same day I called him, and was able to start the job just a few days later. He arrived early every morning, worked very quietly, cleaned everything up each day, got along well with my two dogs, and paid a lot of attention to detail. He reinstalled an awning with the help of his son (so we didn't have to struggle with it ourselves) and pointed out work that needed to be done on the chimney to prevent further deterioration. I intend to use him again in the near future for work that needs to be done on my mother's house.

He did a great job. He did my job as a part of my kitchen renovation. He was related to the contractor so they brought him in. I recommended him to a friend. I don't know how much I spent as it was part of the renovation. He did it in a really short time because it was fixed in between the other contract work that had to be done. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very pleasant and he was fast. I came home from work and the painting was done. Then he did the trim work one day and he just finished up and left for the day. It was like he was never here and it all happened by magic.

Mike is prompt, precise and a great painter. He gave me a written bid and kept the cost exactly on target. After I settled on the correct color, he purchased the paint and added that to the bill. He cleaned up each day so we could live in the space he was working in. He is very easy to be with, a quiet, focused worker. And he loves dogs, so he was able to work with their extra greetings just fine. The finished work is outstanding. It would have taken my spouse and I several weekends to accomplish what he did in one week and it wouldn't have turned out so well. We plan to have him return in warm weather and scrape the rust off the basement windows, prime and repair them as well.

It went wonderful, he did a great job. He was very polite and very clean. I thought the price was agreeable and very fair. It was worth the price because he did an excellent job.

He came by and provided a written estimate and then began the project about a week later. The painting was finished in one day. The quality of the work was excellent and Mike was very professional (and unobtrusive) throughout the process.

Costs matched estimates. Work was scheduled and completed more or less on time. I, the homeowner, delayed the job a bit due to paint matching issues; my problem, not the painters'. I didn't expect the painter to move heavier items but he did. Occasionally the painter changed his schedule, but I had already agreed that I was flexible. The painter was referred to me by my mother who had used him extensively. I actually gave him a key to my house for part of the job.
