Williams Heating & Cooling prides itself on informing the customer and educating our clients in air quality concerns and energy solutions. "Mr. [Member Name Removed], I'm glad we have a chance to reply to your many reviews since you've hired us in 2014. First, let me apologize that you've had such a horrific experience with our company. In the six years of our existence, we've never had such a review from any customer-either in person or via review sites such as Angie'[Member Information Removed] List. When we installed your third floor system back in 2014, and the installation was complete, you and your wife were disgruntled with our clean up process. In response, my sister and I (the co-owners of the company) concocted a cleaning solution and came out to personally wipe down your walls and also port over a vacuum to remove the amount of dust and wood chips that remained on your carpet. We were happy to do it, because a happy customer is what we strive for! Next, when the unit wasn't cooling like it should during the hottest days of the Summer that year, and humidity continued to build on the upper level of your home, we came out multiple times at no additional cost to you, in a prompt manner, to resolve your a/c problems. We sent our service techs out, always working with you, until we had to ultimately bring a manufacturer'[Member Information Removed] rep to your home to help us solve the mystery. When we finally realized the return issue that was occurring, we fixed it at that time. We don't promise to be perfect, but we do promise to uphold our word and stick to what we say we'll do. And that is, to make sure your system runs the way it is supposed to. This has been 3 years ago. You called us earlier this week to come back out and fix a problem that has apparently been going on since we installed the unit. While it is no longer under labor warranty, it is under parts warranty. While you mention that there was a condensation relief hose back up problem occurring, that could be caused by so many different things! A third floor system will experience different issues than your main floor, older Trane system. We also would've been happy to come out and assess the problem at the earliest availability our service schedule would allow. We understand you are trying to sell the home, and we would've liked to handle that issue for you in the promptest manner possible. We are sorry it wasn't as soon as you would've liked. And yes, we recommend, according to manufacturer guidelines, that your HVAC system is maintained 2 times a year (annual maintenance), once in the heating season and again in the cooling season. This ensures proper operation of the system and anything that needs to be adjusted, tightened or cleaned, is done at that time to greater ensure reliability of that system throughout the hottest and coldest days of the year. But, we have not serviced your unit since its install date, so we have no idea what could've caused the problems you were most recently experiencing. We regret that this relationship did not work out for you and that you part with your home disgruntled with our service. However, it is our priority to make sure that each one of our customers is taken care of, that we are punctual, attentive, and we are always professional.
