They are the best cleaners in St. Louis. If they find something on a shirt that is being laundered and staged they call you and you if you want it repaired and then they will repair it if you want. They never return a shirt with a cracked button. So my husband doesn't have to be out of town and buttoning up every laundered and staged shirt and the button is disintegrating which has happened with other dry cleaners, which is a real problem. They never do that, everything comes back just perfect. They get out stains and if they don't, if they can't get out the stains then they give it back to me and they show me the stain that they couldn't get out. I mean it just doesn't get any better than that, so they are really good. They will do the same day or next day cleaning if you ask them to.

Excellent job.  Right amount of starch, time was great too.  They charge a little much for dresses and pants, but otherwise, it's good.

Cleaned a suit

They were able to remove all the stains beyond my expectations, and took care to not overpress or "shine" up the fabric.  Their representative noted where I had unusual wear and made a notation for their cleaning plant to watch out.  I was impressed with the attention to detail, just as other reviewers have noted.  Jacket looks great, was provided in one day and cost less than other cleaners I've used for the same service.  I would gladly use their services again.

They did fine.  Price seemed high. They had also moved locations and it was not reflected in their listing.

I had a bridal gown cleaned. It was rather pricey however; they do it all by hand and guarantee that the pearls and sequins will not be damaged. I could not find any other cleaner that would guarantee this work.

I dropped of the items and they were all ready two days later.  Staff was very courteous and friendly.  They sewed a button on some shorts.  Hemmed two pairs of pants and took them in at the waist.  No complaints.  Convenient and they did a great job.

They seem real friendly and courteous. We were satisfied with them.

Their signs advertise "same day" service.  However, when I dropped off the clothing on Thursday afternoon, they said my cleaning would not be ready until after 4 on Saturday.  They close at 6.   After I picked up the clothes, I looked at the suits more closely.  I saw some areas around the sleeves that looked a little shiny, like they were scorched.  I never said anything to West Oak Cleaners.  I figure I'll use a more conveniently located cleaners next time.

They did a good job. Turn around was quick.

Very detail oriented!

They did a nice job, they were very polite. I will continue to use them even though they are 25 mile away from home.

I brought in a pair of jeans for them to alter and a couple of sweaters. One sweater had a stain on it and I couldn't remember what caused the stain or when it happened. They tried several methods and removed the stain. They finished the cleaning and alterations on time.

I use them on a regular basis. I am happy with their service.

They always do a really great job. They are very friendly and sweet to my children when we go in. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

 

They pick up and drop off at my house which is very nice. I have never had an issue with something coming back less than clean.

Other than some minor things the company is pretty good.

I DON'T REALLY THINK A WHOLE LOT ABOUT DRY CLEANING, THEY GOT THE CLOTHES CLEAN, I'M ABOUT INDIFFERENT. I LIKE THEIR COUPONS.
