West County garden provided good input on the initial design. Final product was very good. What really impressed me was their responsiveness to any issues/concerns.

I have been very pleased with them. They have done excellent work and they are very responsible. They are a very good company to work with. I would highly recommend them. We have done a great deal with them. They are very effective. The manager was spot on. He was there to check things out every day. The employees were respectful, trustworthy and they did good work. The price was a little high but not as high as some people. Their retaining wall and stonework was an A+. They were very responsive. I would use them again for retaining walls and pavers.

I've used West County Gardens (as do many in the neighborhood) for quarterly tree and shrub treatments but this year?s ruinous storms resulted in significant damage to many trees.  West County Gardens staff worked in the cold and rain, triaging for trees in danger or houses threatened, and worked for and coordinated among, several neighbors while keeping all of us informed of the work, delays and schedules.  Another ongoing highlight is West County?s care for a neighbor?s huge, beautiful Tulip Popular that has been plagued with an unusual infestation of aphids and wasps.  West County researched the stubborn problem, even involving the Mo. Botanical Gardens? experts, and found a cure.  The tree is a favorite in the neighborhood and while most of us assumed we?d lose it, West County Gardens came through with the expertise, commitment and a stubborn resolve to find the answer and saved the tree.

We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the communication between the designer, sales rep and construction crew. I would highly recommend this company.  We will have them back within the next year to do additional retaining wall work.

While the owner and manager were very nice in the end they did not deliver what they promised. Landscaping businesses are hit or miss.

They come out on a regular basis to get the work done. They cut the grass as well as maintain the beds. The price that they charge is not cheap, but they do good work. The company has not only done landscaping, but has also built several stone walls for us. They have built a huge retaining wall too which is like 8 feet tall. They have put paving stones in our driveway. They do a lot of other things and seem to have good people. That's why we have been using their services for so many years. I am not sure if they are competitive, as we haven't done any comparison shopping for many years now. However, I feel that their prices are reasonable. I have been happy with whatever they have done for us so far.

They come once a week and do the mowing. They have also done some extensive work like putting in a paving stone driveway and also put large and small retaining walls. They are professional and the quality of their work is very good. I have been quite satisfied with their service so far.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY DID IT QUICKLY AND CLEANED UP WELL.
