Tom did a fantastic job. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. His company was very responsive to my initial phone calls. So many people do not call back. Not only did he quickly assess my problem, but he did some additional work (sealing my utility boxes, flashes, etc) for free. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of work. Their work was expert and very fast.  They seem to be able to tackle anything. They even repaired problems they found  that were not listed in the estimate, and never charged extra. The painting was beautifully blended, and so were wall repairs.  I was amazed and delighted by the beautiful finished product! They made my old house look great!  I have the highest praise for this company.

Responsive, professional, bid was very competitive. Finished in a timely manner. The ordering of some parts took a few extra weeks, but was worth the wait as all went well.

very professional and detailed before had work done. excellent at follow through. contract and info about lead removal very professional. job ended up being slightly less than bid!
the removal went well, seemed to be pretty contained. was a little worried when we found out that they didnt seal off area to living room (did seal off door to baby's room really well). not sure why, maybe it was standard practice bc did mostly a wet removal.
the actual painting was not up to our standard. seemed sloppy. it was just a layer of kilz, so not a huge deal, but got paint on clothes rods and areas of dripping paint (didnt drip on the floor, but left dripping mark down the wall). i know we didnt necessarily hire them for their painting skills, but it would have been nice if they would have taken a little more care, even if it cost a bit more money.

After they were hired, they gave us an estimate as to when they were going to start. They were one day late (a worker had a baby, so they needed to find a new person to help them.) They were out the next day, got the tree cut down, and then a few days later got a new liner in the chimney. They needed to hire a welder to reattach the damper, so they hired one, who never showed up. They were calling me to check to see if he came, and calling him to try to get him out there. After three days, they hired a new one, who fixed the damper and completed the job. All throughout the process they kept in touch with me through email to update me on work plans and when they would be out.

We had a little water damage in our duplex while they were putting the roof on. The fixed that damage for free! I'm very happy with their service.
