WAREHOUSE OF FIXTURES T N G

I contacted this store for questions on an item listed for sale on their website and was informed that the online inventory was far from accurate and that if I wanted to purchase I would need to come in and browse their inventory.  I found this to be less than professional.  I went ahead, even though I was not happy with the gentlemans lack of professionalism on the phone. The inventory was extraordinarily poor and highly overpriced.  I made mention of my dissatisfaction and purchased elsewhere. I do not feel this store should even advertise online if they are incapable of keeping up with the web inventory.  When I expressed my frustration with the sales rep he informed me that he hears these complaints a lot.  Hear your customers or they will, like I become someone elses customers.
