I would like to thank Wanner Contracting for giving the back of my house a new and improved look! My home was built in 1893 and accumulated a lot of concrete over the years, plus an old shed that did not serve as a garage. Upon removal of the shed and discovering Eric Wanner and team, we collaborated on plans for a new driveway. It was worth the wait to get on the schedule! I have a very nice, double-wide space that might hold a carport or garage someday, but for now I like it just the way it is. Eric and team were wonderful to work with; we had some very hot days during the project (I was in charge of ice water). I'm grateful for their time and talents in creating my new driveway, and hope to work with Wanner Contracting in the future on the rest of my backyard space. Eric kept in constant and thorough comiinication while his crew showed up on time and worked diligently to meet an unexpected deadline, all while staying within budget. Top notch work on a patio we will enjoy for decades.

So we were having fits with one side of our house. Our old concrete walkway was subterranean, forcing water to pool and seep into our house, bringing mud along with it. It was a mess. When our basement contractor said, "You're going to have to have the concrete walkway torn out before we can come to pier your house," I thought, "There's no way we can afford this." Eric Wanner had replaced a fence for us last summer, so we were familiar with his workmanship, so we called and told him was was going on. He came out, showed him what we needed to tear up, and then replace... once the foundation was fixed... and we talked about what we wanted to do. Eric made everything easy. A few days before the foundation work, his crew came out and took up the old concrete walk. Once the ground thawed from our record cold snap, he personally came back out, we went over the plan, and he delivered amazing work at a legitimately fair price. His craftsmanship is excellent, his attention to detail unparalleled, and his problem solving skills have already saved us money. I would hire him in a second, and cannot recommend him highly enough. We're thrilled with our new walkway, and grateful to not have to worry about settling water anymore. Do yourself a favor: the next time you need home improvement, absolutely give Eric a call. We truly could not be happier with our results!
