I love using Walter Knoll Florist and will continue to do so!  The selection is always good and the prices are fair.  Flowers are always delivered on time and look beautiful!!  Highly recommended!!!

Our family has used Walter Knoll's for years. They are quick & creative with their own local deliveries in the St Louis area & I can rely on them to deliver out of town. When you use them regularly the points pile up which makes costs very reasonable.
Rarely do I go into a store & then its the warehouse downtown on a whim & can pick up some deals, otherwise everything is on-line & the website is easy to use; I can do it any time of the day or night when I'm thinking of my friend or relation & feel the need to reach out & touch with something special.

I have not seen the product yet.  Funeral is today.

I've used several websites like Proflowers and all too often a price is mentioned and then unmentioned add ons and fees inflate the price.  Walter Knoll is quick and the price you see is the price you get.  On telephone they are also responsive and try to fit my needs.  I will use them for all flower needs in the future.

Walter Knoll always has an extensive selection so I can find just what I want.  The website is easy to use.  And they have never failed me in delivering excellent quality flowers both locally and nationally.

The online experience is easy and quick. The delivery is on time. If there are ever problems they will address them immediately.

I use Walter Knoll Florists quite frequently and am never disappointed.  Their flowers are always gorgeous and fresh sent, and everyone I've sent to has been thrilled!

I ordered a gift floral arrangement to be sent to a family member in suburban Chicago.  The selection and payment processes were very easy.  The website is simple, the process was complete quickly.  Their selection of flowers and arrangements is huge.

I called Walter Knoll Florist to see if they could make 2 cocktail floral arrangements and deliver them on the same day.  I didn't call until 12:30 pm St. Louis time on Halloween Day.  They said they could make up 2 of their margarita arrangements and deliver them to 2 separate addresses.
Both deliveries were made and both recipients were very happy with their gifts.

I have used Walter Knoll Florist for several years now.  They are a great local florist with a very easy to use website that allows you to view previous orders to easily re-order, send to those in your address book, etc.  I typically order the Designer's Choice and have never been disappointed.

The Staff was great!

Order on line took less than 15 min including my time browsing through the large selection of arrangements available.
Easy to use, professional and always right and on time.

I have been using Walter Knoll Florist for many years and all orders and overall experience have been an "A" rating. A few weeks ago, I found on their website, a puppy made from carnations, sitting in a basket.  I contacted the florist by phone to place my order. My order was to go to a relative in another state.  The florist checked the order and explained that there was only one florist in the small out of state town and they did not list the puppy carnation arrangement.  Walter Knoll Florist then took that extra step.  They said they would call me back and let me know if I had to pick another floral arrangement option.  When they called me back, they said it was a 'go' with the puppy arrangement.  They had explained to the out of state florist how to prepare the puppy floral arrangement.  My relative adored the gift.  It was a get well gift that looked exactly like her much beloved dog.

Delivered on time on the 2nd, our 37th anniversary. My wife surprised and appreciative. Inquired to number of roses; she said 6 and 10-12 lilies. Told her I was expecting 8-12 as I was promised by phone order person. Phoned WKF on the 3rd and explained my displeasure, no purple vase-ok, but 6 roses and 12 lilies wasn't what I was expecting nor what was pictured. When I said I wanted a replacement to the level promised, the representative, Al, said he'd take care of it, however the first order would be returned at time of delivery. Several hours later, the replacement order came in and was brought to my wife's desk. To her amazement, the bouquet was smaller in size and fewer in quantity than the original; 6 roses, 6 lilies, Now my wife calls WKF and asks what gives and hears that the original offer of 8-12 roses was incorrect and that she got what I paid for. And spring bulbs would be a sufficient inducement to make the problem go away. When my wife refused and asked for a full refund, they deferred to an un-named person for decision and that would require a phone call to me. I phoned WKF and talked with Al again. He assured me that their Lasalle location filled the order and that he requested 12 roses but did not know why the order was filled as it was. Told him I wanted full credit; he said "I'll take care of it". Final judgement of this florist will depend on how well "they take care of it." However, at this point....Walter Knoll has long since passed to his final reward, but I bet he's spinning!
