Voss Spray Painting was professional in every respect. Fair price and quality work. Family owned business (multi-generations). They communicated well, met the schedule and did an excellent job.

Great! They gave estimates for different kinds of refinishing and repainting. Very prompt to arrive to remove and later replace the cabinets. Overall: a good, even paint job.

In a previous review I gave Voss Spray Painting low marks because the cabinet doors did not match the cabinets! Mr. Voss repainted the doors and cabinets and we couldn't be more satisfied.

The gentlemen were wonderful. Very efficient and professional. The work was excellent quality.

Voss had painted my cabinets in 2002.  After 12 years and teenagers in the kitchen, it was time to refinish the cabinets.  When I called Voss, they had my information on file.  Dave Voss Senior, promptly came, gave me a price, and took the doors away to be painted that morning.  Within a week they were back, did the cabinet frames and put the doors back on.  The kitchen looks fabulous.  The paint job is exquisite!  They are a family business that takes pride in their work.

The cabinets look great. They took the fronts of the cabinets/drawers for about 2 weeks, and painted them off site. They returned for one day, and painted all the surfaces that could not be removed. The cabinets are very smooth, including doors that had glass. I don't think you could tell that they were spray painted. Somehow, they taped off everything so that they were able to paint all kinds of surfaces (including custom wood paneling on our refrigerator) without any overspray.
I had one other bid for a similar amount from another highly ranked angie's list company, but Voss promised to be faster doing the in-house painting, so I went with them.
This company was also very professional to work with. For example, we were leaving on an airplane trip on the day they did the in-house painting. They seemed happy to show up at 6:30 am, when we were departing, so I made plans to meet them, but emphasized that we would need to leave at 6:30 am. Mr. Voss showed up outside our house at 6:10pm, and waited patiently outside until 6:25am when we handed things off to him and left. I think that punctuality was reflective of the overall experience. Overall, they were punctual, professional, and detail oriented and I would use them again.

It went very well. They were on time, did a great job and cleaned up. They first took the cabinet doors and drawers to their shop and when they returned with them, they spray painted the outsides of the cabinets. They were good cabinets, but old. Now they look new. Pricey, but I couldn't get new for that and it's changed the look of my kitchen.

We were looking to update the and quot;pickledand quot; maple cabinets in our kitchen. After looking into cabinet refinishing, refacing and complete replacement, we decided to repaint (most cost-effective option). We received a fair, no-nonsense quote from Mr. Voss Sr. to paint the cabinets and got advice on adding crown moulding, paint color and finish (go with the high gloss). We picked the color we wanted from the paint manufacturer catalog at the paint store used by Voss and scheduled two dates: the first to pick up the cabinet doors and drawer fronts for painting, the second two weeks later to paint the cabinets and return the doors and drawers. Mr. Voss Sr. was prompt and professional on both occasions. He and his son taped off the kitchen and painted the cabinets in record time without any overspray. The cabinets turned out fantastic! The only issue was an accidentally torn window screen, which they identified and replaced without being asked. I highly recommend using Voss Spray Painting if you're considering painting your cabinets!

Voss painted my dated kitchen cabinets and my bathroom vanity bases.I'm in construction so I know the differences in contractors. Voss is quality at a fair price. No mess, on time and very polite.They have been doing this for a long time and it shows. My cabinets look brand new.

Called on certain date for free estimate. Came when said they would. Gave estimate. I said ok!! They gave a start and completion date and adhered to same. Nice man and his son to work with.

Dave was great. He provided a quick estimate and then followed up to schedule work. Always showed up on time was very professional and explained all work thoroughly. On day of painting and install, Dave and his son showed up on time, we're very respectful of my home and completed project super fast. Cabinets look great!!

Went like like clockwork from beginning to end Mr Voss took cabinet doors and door fronts back to shop to refinish. They returned one week later and spray painted all of cabinet sides and frames and then reinstalled cabinet doors and door fronts. They sealed off that portion of kitchen and did not produce any mess to be cleaned up later.

There was good discussion and suggestions from Mr. Voss. His experience with kitchen cabinet repair and painting was evident. He took measurements, provided samples of door hinges and pull knobs as well as a wood door painted in the color we discussed on the telephone when we set up the appointment. A written estimate was received in the mail within 4 days. We returned the signed contract and scheduled the job a few days later via telephone. Mr. Voss and his son arrived on time on the scheduled date to remove the doors and drawers. The effort was completed within 1 hour. It took about 1 day for the next step to spray paint the inside of the cabinets. They arrived on time on the scheduled date. They masked off the appliances and counter top, etc. They hung plastic to protect the rest of the kitchen area. When they left for the day the kitchen was clean and neat. It was a very professional job performance.

From beginning to end, the process went very smoothly. Mr. Voss was always on time (sometimes early) for every appointment we had. He came out to the house on 1/7/11 and removed the cabinet doors and shelves to take back to the shop for painting. There was a very slight delay in waiting for the special demountable hinges to arrive, but nothing to be concerned about. Mr. Voss and his son came to the house on 1/26/11 to spray paint the frames and interiors, install the doors and attach the new cabinet hardware that I had selected. The cabinets look fantastic (like new!) and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Responded to my call and arrived on time for the estimate. Provided detailed description of the work to be performed and the things we would need to know and do if we chose him for the project. How long the work would take, etc. They showed up to take off the doors right on time and returned with the finished product again right on time. The painting of the cabinets was done with the return of the doors and drawers work was flawless and restored twenty year old cabinets. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Our kitchen had tile backsplash/wall area. The countertops were made of the same tile as the walls. While the tile was in good condition, it was very dark and old, most likely the original work. I asked Voss if they could spray paint the tile to an off-white color on both the walls and countertops. Dave Voss came out and reviewed the situation, gave us an on-the-spot price and also gave us his professional advice and expertise. I had an appointment within 2 weeks of the estimate visit. They arrived exactly when they said they'd be here. The work was very meticulously done in every respect from start to finish. We would recommend Voss Spray Painting Company without reservation.

I HAD MY DOUBTS ABOUT THIS PROJECT BECAUSE I HAD TROUBLE BELIEVING THAT MY BROWN FORMICA CABINETS COULD LOOK REALLY GOOD. VOSS SPRAY PAINTING CAME OUT, AND GAVE ME A BID WHICH I ACCEPTED. THEY ARRIVED AT 7:15 AM WHICH WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME BECAUSE IT WAS BEFORE I HAD TO GO TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL TO COVER EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN. THE CABINETS LOOK FANTASTIC. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE THE SAME CABINETS. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ARRIVED ON TIME, PROVIDED A WRITTEN ESTIMATE, AND DID THE WORK THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.
