VASILL AIR CONDITIONING

For price i would say b. I know some of it is out of his control, and that's due to government. He called me back within an hour or less. He was there a little before he said he was going to be there. He's a good guy.

Very positive experience. . Vasil came out and gathered information for bid. Received a written bid in the mail within a couple of days. After bid was accepted Vasil was able to start job within a few days.

Arrived on time, professional attitude and appearance.  Removed older condensor  unit, formed new pad, installed new 2 1/2 ton unit, attached to existing lines, fabricated sheet metal,  tested unit, excellent cleanup. Finished job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company.

They are great.  Other places just wanted to charge us $99 just to give us an estimate, but Vasill was able to diagnose the problem over the phone.  We only paid $50 for a quick fix.  I will definitely call them for anything in the future.

It went very well. We were in the middle of a fall heat wave and needed the A/C done quickly. Mr. Vassil was on site every day and led his work crew; he was the only company to insist on obtaining city permits. They arrived promptly each day and they even worked on Saturday to finish the job! We did have to call the next day as a worker failed to fully mortar in some holes in the exterior brick wall, but he was back the next day to fix it to our satisfaction with no hassle. We ended up installing a completely new system upstairs as well and although we didn't use the systems much after a week or two (fall temperatures finally arrived), I'm sure our satisfaction will continue this spring.

I was quite satisfied with their service and I continue to use them. The guy knows what he's doing and I would have no problem recommending him. The crew was very nice and they did a great clean up. The install has been very good. I would say the price was very reasonable and competitive.

The individual that I had contacted had done a good job of thoroughly looking over things. He mentioned that one of the heating units was louder than it was supposed to be. He said that I had to keep an eye on that and give him a call if I had any problems.

They were on time, clean, fast, and helpful in answering any questions. Very excellent work.

Hank Vasill is very responsive, punctual and professional. Vasill provides a 5-year warranty on the labor associated with all of the work performed; no other company stood behind their work to that degree. I was very happy with the work performed.

Hank did a fantastic job from the estimate to the actual work being done. His estimate was a little higher than the other companies I requested estimates from. The other companies spent 5 minutes looking at our furnace and air unit. Hank took the time to look everything over and explain what he was going to do and what his recommendations would be. We were very satisfied with him and his crew. They worked all day to finish the job. I would highly recommend him! He did a wonderful job and can be trusted.

Hank stopped on his way home to check out the problem, which turned out to be a switch stuck on. He moved the switch, and did not charge me anything!

THE TECH WHO INSTALLED THE UNIT WAS AT OUR HOUSE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, AND WORKED STEADILY UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THERE WAS A MINOR ADJUSTMENT THAT HAD TO BE MADE THE FOLLOWING DAY, WHICH WAS A SATURDAY, AND HANK CAME OUT TO TAKE CARE OF IT.

HANK VASSILL DID A GREAT JOB, FROM BEING VERY HELPFUL IN DESIGNING AN APPROPRIATE SYSTEM, TO ARRANGING THE WORK TO BE DONE TO AVOID INCONVENIENCING US, AND FOLLOWING UP TO SERVICE THE SYSTEM ONCE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE. WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HANK AND HIS CREW TO ANYONE.
