It has taken over a week to get my stuff

They were very careful with family heirloom antique furniture, had the right tools for the job, and were obviously very strong and competent. Each person introduced himself to me when they arrived, which I found very polite and professional. Excellent work; will definitely hire next time I need movers.

The movers worked very hard and did an amazing job!

Not only did I have to go to Lowe’s to buy more bubblewrap, I had over $1600 worth of damage that the company refused to reimburse me for. This is the worst company I’ve ever moved with and my husband is an executive with 30 years experience in business. We have moved 9 times from state to state with many more professional moving companies . Pictures I took of the inside of boxes reveal nothing was wrapped, no paper, no bubble wrap. Do not waste your money on this company, they are unprofessional & sloppy. At one point 2 of the workers were arguing with each other in my home. It was apparent towards the end of the second day that they didn’t care what happened, they just wanted to be done.

Charged me $280 over bid. They took the long route traveling to my storage unit.

The movers I had were not very professional. There were 3 workers in total and they arrived late. As soon as they did arrive, the leader believed they needed a 4th person to do the job and proceeded to try to contact his boss to no avail. I told them I could help as much as I could just to get the ball rolling. They all smelled of cigarette smoke and continued to take smoke breaks every hour for about 15 minutes at a time. While this was happening, they left our nice bedroom furniture out on the front lawn until they were finished with their break. The main guy admitted up front that he was struggling with some personal issues so his head wasn't totally into the work at hand. I sympathize and understand everyone is going to have a bad day every once in a while, but then he later preceded to tell me all the details of his problems while on the clock. The other 2 workers seemed careless with the furniture and moving boxes. One even had the balls to take some of my wife's cold medicine without asking until he was caught in the act and then tried to backtrack and ask after the fact. Up front I had asked them to make sure they at least take all the large items if they believed all the items would not fit in one truck load. They did not even do this and I ended up having to rent a U-haul truck to finish the job myself. I do not believe I received good service for how long it took and the amount I paid. Overall, I was extremely disappointed.

The movers were a professional team. Each member introduced themselves and took care of the business, very satisfied with the service and would use again.

The bid was to include 3 workers, however- one had a family emergency which happens- that meant unloading took longer which increased my cost for the move. One piece of furniture was broken, it was to be sold- so not a great loss. Overall, positive experience and would do it again. The men were hard working, courteous and professional.

I'd hire them again. Came in close to the quote. Hard working movers.

3 gentlemen were assigned to my move. I have to say that everyone of them was efficient and polite. I was amazed at what they could carry and how quickly they got the job done. They were amazing and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good reliable mover. They did everything as promised with a smile and in over 100 degree weather. They truly earned every bit of their money that day. I will be hiring them again if the time comes that I need a mover again. They are a great local company!

They wrapped/packed the parts of an antique vanity very carefully and well and all was undamaged at the final location. The men were very helpful in re-assembling the unit and moving it in.

It would be helpful to the consumer if the movers would take a little more time and effort protecting the consumer's personal property.
