I'd give them an A for everything. It took them about a week to replace our engine and the workers were good.

I have been using their services for the last ten years. I usually drop my vehicle off there the night before and am able to get it back the next day. They are very honest and reliable. They have been excellent overall!

It went very well.  After my husbands truck died coming home on Sunday, we were able to get the truck to the dealer that night.  We used their drop off box (which was very convenient).  The next day, we heard from them at about noon indicating what they believed was wrong with the truck.  They wanted to run a few more tests and called us about an hour later.  They indicated it was indeed the crankshaft sensor and it would cost about $250 for the parts and labor.  Two hours later they called us and said it was ready to go.  Since they were open until 6pm, we were very confident that we would be able to pick up the truck that same day.  Overall, they were very friendly, honest and true to their word.  Would absolutely use them again.

The employees and owner are very pleasant and explain everything they do. They are very up front about the cost of repairs and are not afraid to take a watch and wait approach to problems.
