U-Haul in Indiana gave me a discount of one day, since I was 3 days over the normal trip time. But I am especially grateful that the manager of the Olive Ave. U-Haul in Saint Louis allowed me to park in a secure place on their lot, at no charge, as I could not find a garage in Clayton where I could park the truck, as it needs 9' clearance. The pick up and then final return were easy; staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly.

Everyone there was extremely nice & cooperative. There were no surprises. What we were told when we were searching for rental services was exactly what we paid & expected. They were very helpful and made it very easy. Drop off when we brought it back was just as easy with no surprises.

After we loaded the truck with furniture, discovered the ramp would not go back under the truck, it was broken. Since the truck was loaded we could not put the ramp in the back of the truck, so had to tie it up in order to get to our unload destination. We still had another load to make. When we called U-Haul and explained the situation they informed us we'd have to return the truck and make arrangements for another truck from another U-Haul store since they did not have anymore 17 foot trucks. We returned the truck, there was no discount given or apology. Then went to another U-Haul and got another truck for the next load.
